Our flight for *:** in the morning has been canceled. The alternate flight they booked us on isn't acceptable. We have been on hold for a customer service representative for over two hours to try to change to a flight that leaves * hours from now (that could still make our connecting flight). But no one will answer the phone. I have tried the website, but the option to change and pay the difference in the flights isn't available. We are beyond frustrated! The flight offered would have my **-year old father-in-law picking us up at the airport at **:** at night. Unacceptable! But seriously, almost * *** hours on hold and no other option for resolution?
