I was unable to complete my reservation. When I chose my seat for the second leg of my one way ticket internet explorer stopped working and the window closed. I made the reservation with our credit card in my wife's name, Cindy Lawrence, **d*c** AA*. *I went to my account, *v*x***, Alan Lawrence, and it said there was a problem with my reservation. I was unable to fix it.
I trust that American Airlines will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
