I am disappointed with my recent order experience. I placed order #[redacted]-[redacted] on August 18th with the expectation of delivery on Sunday, August 21st. However, the fulfillment date was only updated last minute on Sunday to Thursday, August 24th, with the item being shipped from California to Indiana. Considering the advanced inventory system in place, I am surprised the order was not processed for shipment from California earlier. If it had been sent out by Friday, August 19th, it could have arrived by Monday, August 22nd. I believe some form of compensation is warranted for this inconvenience.

Issue 1: I encountered a problem with my recent order #[redacted]-7Z44252 for a massage table and a separate massage sheet set. I decided to return the sheet set and dropped it off at UPS on August 12 for the Amazon return. I tracked the return today (8/24) using UPS Tracking #1ZV388V[redacted]2 and received a message stating "ESTIMATED DELIVERY The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." When I contacted UPS, I was informed that my package was grouped with other Amazon returns, and only Amazon could provide information on its arrival and my refund. Can someone assist me with this issue? Issue 2: With the same order, the massage table initially appeared fine upon arrival, but the face cradle platform broke after the fourth use. I am seeking guidance on how to have it replaced.

I am unable to contact Amazon via phone, which is frustrating given my serious issue of erroneous charges on my account. These charges, predominantly for Prime Video, were made in June and July, a period when I was out of town due to my husband's hospitalization. I did not have access to my home or utilize Prime Video during this time, making these charges extremely suspicious. In such a challenging situation, dealing with these unauthorized charges is the last thing I need to worry about.

Hello, this is Kenneth B. I believe my Amazon Smile account was hacked. Three days ago, I encountered a pop-up message indicating questionable charges on my account after attempting to log in. Following the instructions on the message, I called the provided [redacted] number and spoke to a man who informed me of unauthorized charges on my account. Upon my denial of those charges, he assured me they would be removed, prompting the creation of a new account. He then instructed me to tap on a $[redacted] fee in a new app to activate it, ensuring me it wouldn't be charged to my bank account but later said it might be charged to my credit card instead, which I declined. Unfortunately, I was eventually charged the $[redacted] on August 22 with reference number [redacted]. I am seeking a refund for this charge. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I recently purchased 2 packs of 2 outdoor chairs from Phi Villa. Unfortunately, upon assembling them, I discovered that two chairs were missing a support bar each. This made it difficult to put the chairs together properly. I had to resort to using a vice grip for the first two chairs as the bars were too short for the provided screws. Despite my attempts to contact Phi Villa for the missing pieces, I have not received any response. If I hadn't opened the other box containing the support bars and instructions, the chair could have collapsed and caused injury. However, I faced another issue with the bars not reaching both sides of the leg when assembling the chairs from the second box. The screws provided barely reached the holes on the other leg, requiring me to use a vice grip to adjust the metal. I would like Phi Villa to either provide me with two "J" bars with screws that fit properly or the short ones that were initially included. Alternatively, I am open to receiving a refund for the missing parts to complete the assembly.

On August 17, I placed an order for a Butter Dish. The tracking information states that the order was picked up in Bessemer, AL on August 19 by USPS, but there have been no further updates. It seems that the order may have been lost or stolen as I have not received it yet. Today is August 27, and the delivery has not arrived. Amazon mentioned that the order is likely lost, and I am eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, I am having trouble navigating their website to process the refund as they mention returning the item which I don't have. When I called their main number, I kept getting redirected to a recording about a medical bracelet offer that repeats itself.

I placed an order on Amazon Turkey with a same-day delivery commitment. Despite waiting at home for 12 hours, the order never arrived. I couldn't reach the contracted courier or Amazon Turkey's customer service. Even though I tried contacting them via phone, the call was always busy. I finally reached a customer representative through chat but still didn't get any information on the delivery. I requested a refund since I no longer wanted the product, but my money hasn't been returned yet. Unfortunately, the level of customer service and delivery quality in Turkey doesn't meet global standards. I am disappointed with the service compared to Trendyol. I expect a prompt refund as the global reputation of Amazon is not mirrored in Turkey.

Subject: Concern Regarding Audible Book Invoice Hello, I recently received an invoice for a book titled "The Last Sentinel," which I did not order. According to an email from Amazon, this book was supposed to be a free part of my Kindle membership. I have raised this issue multiple times before, and was informed that a note would be added to my account regarding my hearing impairment. As someone with a severe hearing problem, I am unable to benefit from audible books and would never intentionally order one. If there is a mistake in how I am ordering, I would appreciate clarification to prevent future occurrences. I have access to plenty of free books through Amazon and Kindle, so purchasing books is unnecessary for me. If an email advertises a book as free and I express interest, I expect it to be genuinely free. Receiving an unexpected invoice is disappointing. I cannot access my account even after changing the password multiple times. The original account was compromised, and I had to create a new one. The bank is sending a replacement card for the Amazon Prime Card linked to the original account ending in [redacted], but it hasn't arrived yet. Despite going through the OTP process, I am still unable to log in. I was instructed to wait 2 hours and try again, but that also failed. I am concerned that the new account might be blocked like the old one. Please contact me at 1 [redacted] to assist further. This issue has resurfaced after previously resolving it with customer service.

I recently reached out to your chat assistant regarding an issue with my Ematic box for the television, which suddenly stopped working. I had purchased one last April and another one prior to that, both of which were working perfectly until a few days ago. After contacting the assistant, I was informed that they would contact the seller on my behalf and to wait a few days for a response. Today, I received an email from the seller accusing me of damaging the box. When I contacted your team again to explain the situation, I was told to wait a few more days for the seller's response. Given the circumstances, I believe we should expedite the process and work towards a resolution promptly.

I placed an order for a paperback book on July 21, [redacted]. The next day, I found an Amazon envelope left on my front porch. Strangely, it was empty and not properly sealed. I have been a prime member of Amazon for years and spend a lot of money on the platform. However, suddenly, it is asking me to sign in but doesn't recognize my password. As a 73-year-old Vietnam Veteran, I am frustrated with this inconvenience. I believe that loyal customers should be respected. Instead of emailing, I would prefer to chat with a representative as I dislike texting and prefer speaking directly to someone.

Order ID: [redacted][redacted] (Samsung 20 FE Refurbished). Registered mobile number: [redacted]. I received a keypad mobile instead of the Samsung phone I ordered from Amazon. Even after several failed pickup attempts and a prolonged investigation, Amazon now claims they cannot offer a refund or replacement due to a failed investigation. It seems like a fraudulent situation.
