Hello! My name is Renato. My account registered with my phone number +[redacted][redacted] (Argentina) has been temporarily blocked after attempting to log in multiple times without the correct password. I need to know what steps to take to unblock it. Yesterday I made a purchase, and shortly after that, I made the mistake of logging out of the account. When trying to log in from both my phone and my wife's phone with obviously incorrect passwords, the account got locked. I would greatly appreciate your prompt response. Regards!

I had a frustrating experience with an Amazon representative who misled me into believing my account was compromised, resulting in a $[redacted] charge for an Xbox item. The representative claimed to be resolving the issue by blocking unauthorized individuals, keeping me on the phone for an hour with a complex process. Regrettably, I didn't realize it was a scam and hesitated to end the call. I have not used the Xbox item and am uncertain if the charge can be reversed. I am hesitant to pay the additional $42.27 on my account until this matter is resolved. I apologize for the lengthy message and my error in judgment. I have provided my address information, but Amazon requested the last four digits of my MasterCard, a card I do not possess. I placed an order for a Morrisons shop through Amazon. Unfortunately, I did not receive one of the bags I ordered, and instead, I got another customer's items that are of no use to me. I am struggling to find a way to contact customer service. Despite my attempts to report the missing items and request a refund online, I am not making any progress. The website is not providing me with any confirmation that the missing items will be refunded. The missing bag contained a substantial amount of groceries that were quite expensive and essential for me.

I recently noticed a charge of $38.22 on my credit card from a vendor listed as AMZN Mktp US*Q56ZF7HS3Amzn.com/BILL WA. I haven't made any purchases from Amazon recently, especially not through a vendor. If the charge isn't related to any order I placed through your site, I would appreciate a refund. The transaction was made on Jan. 9, [redacted], and posted on Jan. 10, [redacted], to my credit card ending in [redacted]. Although I was browsing your website, I did not make any purchases. I recently signed up for Amazon Prime Video last Wednesday. However, on Friday, I encountered problems logging in due to suspicious activity on my account. Amazon requested a one-time password for a new password, but despite several attempts, it only looped me back to the login screen. I tried verifying my full name and entering randomized sequences to no avail over the past week. Despite multiple calls to customer service using various numbers, I have not been able to reach a live person. I just want to resolve this issue and regain access to my account with the help of a real customer service representative, as the automated system has not addressed my specific problem effectively.

Hello, this is Rasel Assadi. I bought n95 masks and received them on Feb 3. I got a message asking for payment, but my bank had already processed it. I canceled the payment, and now I'm requesting a $66.00 refund to my credit card due to fraudulent tactics. I do not want the n95 mask. If this issue is not resolved, my bank and I will take further action. As a prime member, I find this situation unacceptable, as many others are facing the same problem. Thank you.

I recently cancelled two orders and encountered issues with receiving my refunds. The first order #[redacted]-[redacted] was cancelled, and although the money was reflected in my account, I was charged again after some time. Similarly, with my second order #[redacted]-[redacted] placed on January 18th for a Winter Jacket and space heater, I cancelled the jacket on January 25th but have not received the refund yet. Despite speaking with my bank and them not seeing Amazon charge my account, I was charged, and the money was deducted. I am hoping for a resolution to these refund problems soon. Thank you.

I purchased leather cleaner and conditioner but never received them. Despite the driver claiming to hand them to a resident, that did not happen. After waiting for days, I decided to order a different item. I did receive the sparkles but the driver falsely claimed they were given to a resident since I was home and did not receive them. I kindly request a refund for the two leather treatment items. I am a frequent shopper and have a monthly auto-ship with your company. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you, E. I purchased three packages of curtains but received three sets of stainless steel cutlery instead. I returned all three sets of cutlery in one package. The company claimed I only returned one package of curtains and insisted on waiting for the other packages to arrive before issuing a refund. I want to clarify that I never received the curtains in the first place. I returned all the cutlery they mistakenly sent me and only seek a refund for the three pairs of curtains that were missing from my order.

I bought a kitchen sink from Amazon assuming it would be 30 inches wide. However, upon installation, I discovered the individual sinks were only 11 1/2 inches wide. I spent $[redacted] on this cast iron sink. Unfortunately, the return deadline has passed. I am hoping to exchange it for a single cast iron sink, as it was only installed last Friday, but the return period expired on Thursday.

I returned two Ultra Honey Oak Adhesive Contact Paper items to Amazon on January 25th. I mistakenly ordered two instead of one and returned both as I disliked the color. I shipped the items separately, each in their own box with labels. As of January 27th, only one item was refunded, and the second item was still pending. I engaged in an online chat with Amazon customer service on February 5th, who mentioned delays due to COVID-19 and asked for more time for the package to be received. Despite dropping it off at UPS on January 25th, the second item has not been acknowledged by Amazon after 18 days. I believe UPS should bear the responsibility for the lost package, not me. I seek a resolution promptly. Thank you.

I received a pre-approval to Buy-It-Now on Amazon, but I'm not sure if this is legitimate or a scam. The seller is requesting my ID before sending me a link to proceed with the purchase within 48 hours. They claim this process is necessary as the item is in a fulfillment centre in a different city. I have not found any information confirming this purchasing method on Amazon's website. I'm concerned this could be a scam. Thank you. - Ron, Canada.

Hello, I find myself in an unfortunate situation and would appreciate your assistance. I've been writing for 5 years and was ready to upload my novels to KDP, but my account got terminated before I could do so. This happened after I uploaded some public domain novels, including one that turned out not to be public domain ("The King in Yellow"). I have appealed multiple times, but to no avail. I realize my mistake and am willing to do what it takes to get my account reinstated. It feels like my dream has been shattered by a simple misunderstanding, and I'm hoping for a second chance.

I am experiencing issues with my Fire sticks that were purchased in September. Since connecting them, my TV has been unresponsive and one of the sticks doesn't work at all. I have two 4k sticks and a Fire Cube, but none are functioning properly. I have tried troubleshooting by removing the remote batteries and holding the home button down, but the problems persist. I attempted to call the provided number for support, but the automated system didn't recognize my responses and disconnected me. I ordered a double package of wrinkle paste for English Bulldogs from Amazon, but it was left at the post office instead of being delivered to my house at [redacted] McClellan Rd. in FrostProof, FL [redacted]. The delivery date shows it was delivered on the fifth, but I have not received it. I contacted the mail carrier who will check the mailboxes on McClellan Road. I prefer my packages to be delivered to my door or over the fence. I request a refund or for the package to be resent without additional charges as it was already paid for and deducted from my bank account. I expect a customer service representative from Amazon to contact me at [redacted]-3-[redacted] as soon as possible regarding the delivery of the squishy face paste for English Bulldogs, the two-tube package.

Hello, I'm experiencing difficulties accessing my old Amazon account. The email linked to the account is "[redacted]". When trying to log in, I was prompted to change my password. After attempting to change my password, I was asked to verify through email, which I did successfully. Then, I was prompted to verify via phone, but due to errors, I was locked out of the account without being able to change my password. I suspect I might have mistakenly entered the wrong phone number initially. I urgently need access to this account because it is linked to my Steam account, which I need to disconnect. To summarize, I am encountering a connection issue with the new game "Lost Ark" because many users have their Steam account linked to an Amazon account. Hello, I'm Gustavo. I recently bought an iPhone 12 and ink for my dad's birthday. Unfortunately, the ink arrived cracked and damaged the phone. This isn't the first time this happened, as a similar situation occurred with nail polish previously. I've previously received a full refund without having to return the item. I spoke with your associates who requested photos of the damaged phone, but I haven't received any emails from them. When I attempted to charge and power on the phone, it was unusable due to ink inside the screen. I had to purchase another iPhone and ink from Target since the original phone was beyond repair and I couldn't return it as it was covered in ink and unusable.
