Hola, necesito devolver unos zapatos y dos trajes ya que me quedaron pequeños. No los necesito más. Sin embargo, estoy interesada en adquirir un abrigo de frío urgente, ya que planeo viajar a los Estados Unidos. ¿Es posible que me cobren el abrigo con parte del dinero del reembolso y me reembolsen el resto? I need help unlocking my account. The security questions to unlock it can only be answered when I have access to my account, just like the products purchased later. I can't remember which products were bought by me or my spouse. I have two Amazon Alexas in Colombia and I don't know the reference numbers. I can provide any personal information you need but not previous transactions stored in the computer's memory. How can I recover my account through personal questions instead of relying on previous transactions?

I used my EBT for multiple orders over $25 each but got charged shipping fees on all of them. I managed to cancel some orders, but three went through, totaling $33.40 in shipping charges. These include $11.06 for Davids Cookies, $12.07 for two orders of Remarkable Winter Wonderland Chocolate and Cheese, and $10.27 for Chocolate Caramel and Crunch Grand. I need this amount refunded promptly to cover another upcoming bill.

I purchased a headlight and taillight combo kit for my [redacted] Yukon but unfortunately, one of the tail lights did not work upon installation. Additionally, the headlights I received were projector style, not the brightness I was expecting. I contacted the seller and they agreed to accept the return, providing a shipping label. However, when I tried to return it, the post office indicated that the incorrect label was provided, and the correct one would cost $[redacted]. I have reached out to the seller again but have not received a response regarding the shipping costs for a defective product and a refund.

I received a call claiming to be from Amazon stating that there was a fraudulent $[redacted] charge for an iPhone 12. I am concerned and need to verify if it was a legitimate call. I did not make any such purchase, so please cancel the order if it was placed under my name. I mistakenly canceled my black magnetic Samsung Galaxy A71 phone case when trying to cancel some dog treats from the same order. My Dad's birthday is on the 21st, and I need the phone case due to his disability. Could the phone case still be delivered today between 6pm to 8pm? I only wanted to cancel the dog treats, not the phone case. The case is black on the edges and clear on the front and back, intended to protect my Dad's phone from accidental damage as he often drops it due to his disabilities. I received two deliveries that I did not order and apparently was not charged for. I would like to return the items and not pay for the return shipping. I am a Prime member, but I am unable to speak to a person about this issue. If I do not hear from someone, I will keep the items for myself, even though I have no use for a Nespresso machine as I do not drink coffee. I suppose I could give it away. I am confused about how my name and address ended up on the address label.

Hi, I am experiencing an issue with Cash On Delivery (COD) on Amazon. I have contacted customer service multiple times and tried various troubleshooting steps but to no avail. I have gone to great lengths, including deleting and reinstalling the app, updating it, logging in from different devices, deleting carts, adding items individually, and more, but the problem persists. I have even consulted with a manager who was unsure how to resolve the unique issue. Despite all efforts, the COD payment method is still not working for my account. I have ruled out many potential causes, such as excessive returns or incorrect account details. I am at a loss for what else to do and feel frustrated by the situation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased 2 laptop bags totaling Rs [redacted]. The delivery arrived in 3 days, but we only received one bag. Customer service claims both bags were delivered. Unfortunately, we did not record a video while unboxing. The full amount was charged to my credit card. I will avoid using Amazon if the second bag is not received. The order was placed through a friend's account, and one bag was meant for them. This situation has never occurred for my friend in 5 years of ordering from Amazon. I am eager to regain access to my Amazon Kindle Account. I spent a lot of time yesterday trying to resolve an issue with receiving a refund from Amazon AU. Despite being advised to contact amazon.com, I haven't received any assistance. After checking with my sister-in-law, it's confirmed that only one $[redacted] gift card was received. On Amazon AU, it shows that one order was canceled. I am unsure where my money is. I understand each country's Amazon operates independently, but there should be communication among them. Please, could you urgently resolve this matter for me? Otherwise, I will have to reach out to the newspapers. Below is the message I sent yesterday to address this problem: Subject: Refund Status for Order placed on Amazon AU Order Date: 8th December Order Details: Gift Card for $[redacted] Order Reference: [redacted]-[redacted] Payment: Visa ending [redacted] Due to an incorrect email address, the gift card was not sent, and I was supposed to receive a refund of £54.35 = $[redacted] AU, which I have not yet received. Additionally, on the 10th of December, I placed the same order successfully using Mastercard ending [redacted] and the correct email address, with reference: [redacted]-[redacted]. I am not a fan of your new return policy. I am being asked to return an order to a UPS store, which is a challenge because the nearest UPS store is about 40 miles away, and I am legally blind and unable to drive. I find it frustrating to spend time explaining my situation to Amazon customer service repeatedly and not being able to get a return label to drop off at a nearby UPS location, which would be more convenient for me. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider adding the option to print our own labels for returns, as this would make the process much easier for those of us living in rural areas without UPS stores nearby. Amazon has become a crucial resource for those of us who can no longer rely on local retailers, and I believe this change would benefit many customers like myself.

Upon arriving home, I realized the parcel was not at my doorstep, and my neighbors did not accept it on my behalf. On December 11, [redacted], I bought a new KardiaMobile Single-Lead Personal EKG Monitor from Amazon for $69.00 plus $5.00 in tax, making the total $74.00. The item was delivered on December 12. Despite multiple attempts on December 13, I couldn’t get it to work correctly. Now, I want to return it for an Amazon Gift Card credit. I’ve tried using the Amazon Orders Return website, but they won’t accept this item for return. I’ve been a customer for ten years and never faced this problem before. I recently had a disappointing experience with an Amazon customer service representative who informed me abruptly that Amazon would stop accepting Visa credit cards after December 31. When I inquired about Visa Debit cards, the representative called me a derogatory term and abruptly ended the call. I am disappointed by this encounter, especially considering the loyalty my family and friends have shown as customers. I reached out after seeing a news story on a national channel, and I am left wondering if this is the standard treatment of long-term customers.

Instead of moving in a straight line, it keeps going around in circles without progressing as it should. We reached out to customer service over the phone on December 14th in the evening, but we did not receive a reference number for our complaint. The representative, Imran P., based in India, assured us that they would follow up with us. To ensure that we documented our concern before the return period expires, I am sending this email on December 15th at 11:53 pm IST. I've just realized that I was charged $[redacted] for Audible. I discovered that this charge has been ongoing since May. I am unfamiliar with Audible and have not used its services. I did not sign up for this service; therefore, I do not understand why I am being charged. I would like to discontinue these charges and receive a refund for all payments made since May.
