Hello, I recently made a purchase on Cyber Monday for an air fryer combo with multiple functions. Unfortunately, the seller later informed me of a pricing error and asked me to cancel the order or reject it upon delivery. I explained my situation of being out of town and unable to do so, but I have yet to receive clarification on the correct price. I expressed my disappointment as I missed out on a good deal due to their mistake. Despite being a long-time Amazon customer, all I received was an apology for the error. I believe it would be unfair to ask me to return the item at this point. When I tried to reorder the product the next day, the price had increased to $[redacted]. I am still awaiting a response regarding the correct price and find it frustrating that they are prompt in requesting a return but not in addressing the pricing issue.

I recently ordered "The Carpenters Collected" 3 CD set and was informed via phone that it was delivered at 8 pm tonight. However, when my friend checked at 8:40 pm, the package was nowhere to be found. I overheard voices outside just before my friend went downstairs, with someone mentioning they had obtained something. This leads me to believe the package was stolen. I kindly request that deliveries be made during daylight hours and that a knock on the door be given to indicate the delivery.

I placed an order for multiple items on December 3, [redacted]. I received a confirmation stating "Thank you for your order" and the payment was deducted from my bank account. However, when I checked the order status, it shows that I haven't placed an order in over three months. I don't have a list of the items ordered. I prefer not to deal with resolving this via email, I would like to speak with a customer service representative in person, please. I am aware of the affiliation with Amazon, so why am I not contacting them directly for assistance?

I purchased a rain cover for a stroller on November 8th. Unfortunately, the cover arrived with a hole in it. I requested a replacement and returned the damaged item. However, the replacement never arrived, and after checking Amazon's status, it seems the cover might have been lost in the mail. I then requested a refund, which has not been processed yet. The damaged cover was returned and received by the seller on November 23rd, which exceeds the specified time for issuing a refund. I would appreciate receiving either a new rain cover promptly or a refund. Thank you.

I received an email today that claims to be from Amazon, thanking me for purchasing a 65" TV for over $1,[redacted], which I did not buy. The email provides a number to call if this purchase was unauthorized. I confirmed on the Amazon website that this purchase is not listed under "My Orders." I am concerned this might be a scam, but reaching a real person for assistance has been challenging and time-consuming. Can you please verify that the charge mentioned in the email is not on my account?

I reside in Puerto Rico and often shop on Amazon. I have encountered issues where retailers accepted my order, payment, and delivery address, only to later inform me that they do not ship to Puerto Rico. I currently have two orders awaiting refunds. How can I prevent this from happening again in the future? Is there an Amazon site that lists retailers willing to ship to Puerto Rico?

I recently received a delivery with a tracking number TBA[redacted]04 which was supposed to have a black leather Amazon Kindle cover inside. However, upon receiving the package about 1 to 2 hours ago, it was discovered to be empty. I immediately checked my surveillance footage and can confirm that no one, other than my family and I, came near the house during the delivery time. I kindly request assistance in locating the missing item. Any help contacting the delivery truck would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Mary M.

I have a Fire TV Series 4 and am attempting to connect an LG media player to it through HDMI port 4. When I reach the language selection screen and choose English, the directional buttons are unresponsive, preventing me from proceeding further. The only way to exit this screen is to turn off the TV; however, this leads me back to the same language selection screen upon restarting.

Today, I received a package where the box was partially open, the seal was loose, and the delivery instructions were not followed properly. Despite always having it delivered to my apartment door in the past, this time it was left downstairs at the front door, which is not secure and could be easily stolen. The delivery status indicated it was handed to me, but I had to search for it since it was not at my apartment door as stated. Given that I am on disability and unable to navigate stairs easily, it is crucial for the delivery personnel to adhere to the specified instructions for future deliveries.

I recently reset my TV and attempted to log in to Prime with my usual password. After going through the password assistance process using my email, I completed the steps but did not receive the notification on my iPhone 12 Pro or iPad where I am currently typing.

I am trying to return order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The initial store scanned the QR code but faced issues sending the package. I tried resolving the problem at a different store, but they couldn't proceed because the first store hadn't released the label. I require a new QR code for the second store to process the return. Unfortunately, I am unable to return to the first store as I was passing through town when I made the stop.

Hello, I recently received a notification that there was an issue with my account being blocked due to the use of my boyfriend's Visa card. We were together when I placed the order under my name, Priscilla H., using James's Visa card. We have already provided proof that we had permission to use the card and it was not fraud. Some of the orders went through, but we are unsure if James's Visa card was billed correctly. Could you please assist in resolving this matter and lifting the hold on my account? Thank you.

Hello, I've spent almost an afternoon trying to resolve the issue of not being able to log in to my account. The problem seems to be with mobile validation, as I haven't received any messages from Amazon, creating a frustrating cycle. Customer service requested my US physical address, but as I'm currently in China, I don't have access to that information. I've lost contact with my friends in the US and cannot validate the address on Amazon's website since it requires phone validation. Please see the screenshot attached. Is there an alternative solution to this problem other than this endless cycle of frustration? Perhaps replacing phone validation with email verification would be an option? Best, Meng L.

I received a package yesterday, but the delivery person did not knock on my door. This caused concern about potential theft but thankfully, my neighbor informed me about it. I am expecting another delivery today and one more tomorrow. I am unsure how to ensure prompt notification of their arrival. I find the lack of notification unprofessional and am considering taking my business elsewhere if this issue persists.

I placed several orders on October 16th. I've received all but one. When I reached out to the seller, they initially offered to send the missing item in 30 days, plus an additional 5 days. I declined and requested a refund instead. The seller then suggested that the package might have been stolen and advised me to file a claim with the post office, which I found offensive as the item never reached my local post office. I reiterated my request for a refund. Amazon advised me to contact the seller. I'm disappointed with this experience, especially as I have more Christmas shopping to do. To avoid similar issues, I may opt to purchase from more reliable sources even if it means paying extra. I simply want a refund for the undelivered present intended for my daughter, who was understandably upset as her twin sister received her gifts. Thank you.

I have observed Amazon delivery drivers careless handling packages, tossing them from one van to another. I have recorded videos capturing this behavior, proving the lack of regard for customers' items. It is disappointing to see paid deliveries treated so poorly. I am considering sharing these videos with the media as this behavior is unacceptable and must be addressed.

Dear Amazon, After facing challenges due to the [redacted] COVID-19 Pandemic and a severe storm in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, my phone revealed signs of possible bank code tampering and account number issues. The bank, Veridian Credit Union, advised changing the account due to security concerns. I have since changed the account but am encountering difficulty updating the information on my Amazon Prime account. Yesterday, a package was delivered to my home from Amazon. When I returned from work in the evening, I found that the package had been opened and was empty. The delivery note indicated it was received by someone at my residence, but no one was home to accept it. The package was left outside the door.
