I am trying to return an item just received and when I try to view my oerder it goes to a page asking me to veryfy I sent mthe request. I accept the message on my mobile but it just returns to "Veryfy your message over and over again* I cannot view my orders or request a return because what appea*rs to be a poached egg symbol continuously appea*rs even after verifying several times. How can I request a return?
