You have change the Kindle application installed on my Windows * pc. I can't access any of the program, it will only start in the background. this is directly due to you restricting access to Kindle unless I have windows **. I can't afford to by a new computer, I can't afford to purchase windows **, I don't like and have not interest in changing my OS just so I can read book's that YOU sold me via your website. I am entitled to be able to read my books in any way I like. You have stopped me from reading my books which means' you have directly either worked with Microsoft, or you don't care about your customers. You offered a free copy of Kindle so we can read our books, and yet you have now reprogrammed it so that I can't read my books. this is not acceptable. !!!!!

GetHuman5448429 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
