The issue in GetHuman-suescare's own words
I am unable to sign in to my account.*The message says the password is wrong however customer service gave me this password when this happened last year ( you can check that) all of a sudden now I am unable to open it. I am a dedicated customer and order on a regular basis and I am so unhappy with this situation which I am unable to solve.*My account is under *****@***.com (previously suegscarella@ aol.com no longer used, phone ***********Previous password was placed on my account in such small letters I was never able to see it by customer service person. Why would this happen two times? I am a loyal customer. Why do you mess with passwords? I am now unable to order and my credit card is still frozen in my account. I am going to *Close this account tomorrow because I am not feeling safe with it in there and no access and I feel you are scamming me.*Contact me ASAP . The changes in you procedure are not clear and help is hard to get and I want to close my account t, remove this card and possibly start all over if I can choose my own password *Please*Help
