Received terrible service with Amazon. I ordered a foam roller for physical therapy as I currently only have full use of one arm and am doing home sessions. Instead, I received a giant Tupperware (**qt) that was incredibly difficult to carry with one useful arm. I contacted service and was told a new foam roller was on its way and I am all set, but then I saw my amazon account stated I need to return the Tupperware. Despite the fact that this was completely Amazon's fault, and that I can't use one arm, I now need to repackage the Tupperware, deal with people in a pandemic to print my label (no printer at home), and get the package to the delivery people. This is ridiculous. My disability is a short term thing, so I don't know how severely disabled customers deal with you, but I can't believe you would treat people this way. This was your mistake, why am I the one responsible for fixing it?
