I had cancelled my order with emporiumonline that was supposed to arrive ********** at the latest (as the original delivery date was *********). I gave the vendor emporiumonline * more days that emporiumonline suggested hearing timeline from the carrier on my order and on ********** I cancelled my order and requested a refund. Emporiumonline sent a message back that they had issued a refund the very same day. And upon following up I got the following message from emporiumonline:**We issued a refund a few days ago. You can call amazon customer service and ask them to speed up the process if you have not received it yet. they are the ones who should have credited your account. we have no access to your credit card info. Thanks**I need Amazon to speed up the process. That's a large amount and I need the funds refunded.
GetHuman5399103 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
