My Amazon Prime account was hacked, leading to unauthorized orders charged to credit cards saved on the account. The thief made purchases both on my premises and had items stolen off-site. I have been trying to resolve this matter amidst the delays caused by COVID, resulting in no resolution and a delay in returning the stolen items. The charges remain on my TJX Mastercard even though I cancelled my Prime membership promptly. It has been over two months, and I seek help to address these fraudulent activities. - Christilynne W. I attempted to post a review for a product I purchased, specifically the "Wireless Earbuds | Boltune Bluetooth 5.0 Headphones | in-Ear Detection | AptX Deep Bass | CVC 8.0 Noise Cancellation | IPX8 Waterproof | Touch Control | with 2 Mics | USB-C Quick Charge 42h Playtime," but was notified by Amazon that I could not do so because my account is connected to another reviewer of the same item. I am frustrated and confused as I did not write a review nor do I know who might be linked to my account. The response from Amazon, signed by Levi V., states that related accounts are not allowed to leave reviews on the same products to ensure unbiased feedback for customers. I am seeking clarification on who is connected to my account and how this association was made without my knowledge.

Regarding order #[redacted]-[redacted] from the Marketplace, I encountered an issue with a return. Despite following the correct return process and providing proof of shipment with a UPS receipt, the seller claimed they did not receive the item back. After reaching out to the seller and Amazon, I received conflicting information. Amazon representative "Carol" initially confirmed the return had been received and a refund issued, but I recently received an email indicating the item was not returned, and I am now being charged for it. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

Subject: Issue with Undelivered Amazon Order Dear Customer Service, I recently discovered that an order I placed, Order # [redacted]-[redacted], was never received at its destination. Although the tracking information shows that it was delivered to a secure location on May 8th, the intended recipient, Celeste Bonanno at [redacted] N. Greenview Ave Apt [redacted], Chicago, IL [redacted], did not receive the package. This order was a gift for my granddaughter. Despite my daughter receiving other packages from Amazon around the same time, she confirmed that the missing package was not among them after my granddaughter opened the gifts. She checked with the mail room in her building, and they do not have the missing package. I am requesting assistance in solving this issue. If possible, could you please check if there is a photo of where the package was left? If it was not delivered to the secure mail room, I kindly ask for the order of "Magical World of Strega Nona: A Treasury by Tomie dePaola" to be resent to the designated recipient. I had to pause my return process to check if Kohl’s was open for returns. Upon logging back into Amazon.com, my order wasn't showing up causing me to spend over 45 minutes seeking assistance. Despite multiple attempts, online help and customer service calls were unsuccessful with the calls not connecting and a subsequent message stating my number was blocked. A voicemail from customer service indicated they couldn't hear me and asked for my name twice before ending the call due to the audio issue. I am disappointed with the inability to speak to a representative directly. I urgently need assistance to return an item that doesn't fit my car despite the description matching my model. I ordered GERBS unsalted dry roasted sunflower seeds and double-checked the order before checkout. The items received are incorrect; they sent "roasted" instead of "dry roasted," which means cooked in oil, not dry roasted as per GERBS packaging. This is the second time this mistake has occurred. I thought this issue would have been resolved from before. Please either cancel the listing for "unsalted dry roasted sunflower seeds," ensure the correct item is sent, or inform me if you have no control over this issue. I may consider ordering directly from GERBS if needed. This situation is disappointing as Amazon usually does an excellent job.

I recently tried to log into my husband's account but encountered an issue as the email address linked to the account is outdated since we moved. I purchased a shower curtain along with matching towels and bath rugs. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the shower curtain was not the correct color that I had ordered. Additionally, my order total amounted to $[redacted].00, and I was supposed to receive free shipping for orders over $25.00. When I contacted customer service, the representative mentioned he couldn't provide the free shipping as intended, but offered a $12.00 credit for my next purchase. However, upon trying to place a new order, I realized I was being charged shipping fees again. Due to this issue, I have decided to shop elsewhere. I seek a resolution for this matter. I had originally ordered a teal shower curtain, but received a blue one instead, causing a mismatch with my towels and rugs. I have noticed a late fee of $27.00 and an interest charge of $9.33 on my recent bill. Last month, my downstairs tenant unexpectedly moved out without giving notice and requested their final month's rent back. When I declined, they left, and I later realized that four bills were missing, including one from Amazon. I reported the issue to the post office. I just received my current bill and am kindly asking for the late fee and interest charges to be waived as a one-time exception. Furthermore, I have been unable to access my CBS soap operas since April 22, [redacted], which was the main reason I subscribed to CBS. I am requesting credit from April 23, [redacted], to June 23, [redacted]. Once The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless return to the network, I plan to reactivate my CBS service, which I disconnected on June 1, [redacted]. I used my sister-in-law's card, and they kicked me out of my account. She even called them and explained everything. I often use prepaid Mastercards because you don't accept my Coast Capital Savings account. Each time I add a new card and place an order, I get kicked out again. I don't understand why this keeps happening. It's becoming increasingly difficult for me to remain a customer. I'm considering switching to Wish.

I placed an order for etex.in kawach masks, 1 set of 10 masks, with your company on May 29, [redacted], for INR [redacted], including delivery. I made the payment using my bank debit card on the same day. The money was debited from my account, and your company confirmed the order initially. However, later I received an email stating that my bank declined the payment and the order was canceled. The amount of INR [redacted] has been deducted from my account, but it has not been refunded even after 6 days. I kindly request a refund of the amount as the order was canceled by your company. Order #[redacted] was placed on 05-12-[redacted] with a total of $21.24, sold by Tdoenbutw, and intended for buyer Roberta Taylor. The package has not been received at my address. Tracking information indicates that the package may be lost. I am requesting a refund as of June 04, [redacted]. I have had difficulty reaching Amazon's Customer Service by phone. It is frustrating that Amazon seems to be taking money without delivering on promises and making it hard to contact them directly. I urge Amazon to improve their business ethics by providing better customer service. My shipping address in South Holland, Illinois [redacted] and telephone number have remained unchanged.

Order #[redacted]-[redacted] for the Wonderart Classics Deer Latch Hook Kit was a bit misleading. The kit was described as having a "color coded canvas," but upon opening it, the canvas was simply blocked off without actual color coding. While trying to return it is not possible after removing the plastic, I double-checked the description online and found conflicting information about what the kit included. I left a review to share my experience, but I wanted to note that my feedback is not a reflection on Amazon. Order # [redacted]-[redacted] I received an email showing a delivery attempt on the printer on 5-31-20 at 7:55 PM, and then on 6-1-20 at 1:32 PM. Unfortunately, I never received the package. The postal carrier mentioned leaving a large printer box in front of the door of my secure building. This goes against your policy of not leaving packages exposed to view or in unfavorable weather conditions. I spoke to a driver who confirmed they left the box without notifying or indicating a delivery was made. As a result, I am left without the printer needed urgently three days ago. I am looking for your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

Order number [redacted]-[redacted] placed on May 10, [redacted]. I made a purchase from Bookery on Main, but it seems like the book was not shipped even though a label was created. After reaching out to the seller, a replacement was supposedly sent on May 27, which also did not arrive. Upon checking the feedback page, it appears many others are facing similar issues with the seller not delivering orders or providing refunds. Most negative reviews are being marked as not the seller's fault. There are numerous complaints from June 1, 2, and 3, [redacted], indicating a pattern of behavior. The seller's overall positive feedback is only at 70 percent. It seems like the seller is exploiting the current lack of customer service due to the pandemic. I believe Amazon might be overlooking these complaints as not the seller's fault. I am requesting a refund for the book as I can easily find it elsewhere. Thank you, E. Lund

I placed an order for the LuxClub sheet set and Watts Premier Ultra Filtration Water Filter on May 25. The carrier's emails alerted me on the 27th that they had arrived, but later messages indicated delays. I reordered the Watts Premier, expecting it by Sunday. I attempted to obtain a refund for the sheets but was told it wasn't possible. After discussing this with Customer Service, they directed me to the Just Answer website, which was unhelpful. I'm feeling frustrated; all I seek is a refund and for the filtration system to arrive on Sunday. The delivery driver threw my package over the fence, and someone in a car behind them grabbed it before I could retrieve it. My instructions are to leave packages at the front door, and this has happened for the second consecutive day. I am concerned as this is not the usual quality of service I receive. I am now unsure about the status of my current order and worried about upcoming deliveries. Today's order included an NTBAY Microfiber Twin Extra-Long Fitted Sheet in Tan for $14.99 and a Nicapa Replacement Cutting Mat for Cricut Explore One/Air/Air 2/Maker set of 3 for $18.49.
