The issue in GetHuman-dcabaret's own words
I received my order, a * lb bag of Brazil Nuts. Due to Covid **, I left my order setting on my dining room table for * days before opening the box, upon opening the delivery box I remove the bag of nuts and let the bag set for another * days. I then opened the bag of nuts and ate *. After resealing the bag I notice a tear in the bag along the side of the bag, The tear is about an inch long. I am now trying to find out how to get another bag sent to me, I don't believe I should have to pay for another * lb bag (which was expensive) I tried calling Amazon, could not reach anyone, I tried calling "We Got Nuts", could not reach anyone. I have never had a problem with Amazon, I hope someone will get in touch with me and help me solve my problem. Thank you very much for your time and help.
