You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-kschmah's own words
I ordered * photo albums, * different colours, in one order. There was a promotion saying I'd get free shipping and handling over (I've forgotten how much) $??. My confirmation note said Amazon had split my order into two orders, but I didn't care when they arrived, and didn't think to check the invoice, so I didn't care or object. They arrived in * parcels in fact, * delivery days, and I only then noticed the promotion had only been applied to the first shipment, but I've been charged over $** for the next two. I have tried to ring each of the service numbers I could find and I have tried to send replies to emails I have received. I can't find any way of speaking to or even emailing a real person.!! Frustrating in the extreme. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks
