I am trying to advise someone at Amazon that on **** I called in to dispute an Amazon charge on my credit card, since I thought the package was never coming (lost in mail?). On **** the package finally arrived. Also, on **** I called back my credit card company to CANCEL the disputed charge. They told me the process will still have to play out and that I should contact Amazon to advise them tha... ... RE: Order ***-*******-*******. On Mon. **** I called my credit card company to dispute a charge of $***.** for * X *** face masks. I thought they were never going to be delivered. On Tues. **** the delivery was finally made. I called my credit card company again on Tues. to CANCEL the disputed charge. I do have the product and I will pay for it. However my credit card company told me to advise Amazon of the situation since they will send you some correspondence regarding this matter. I am advising you now that I do want to keep what you sent me and I will pay for it. HELP
It is resolved through my credit card company but not yet with Amazon.
