I currently have two books in my Kindle Unlimited account and was attempting to download a couple more books. Unfortunately, I received an email from someone being rather rude. The email stated that I have more books than I could read in a lifetime and that I need to sort out my account. Returning books has been challenging, and if my account does indeed have an excessive amount, I would like them to be deleted. I intend to keep only two new ones: "English Girl" and "Trapped Girl." Could someone please assist me with this matter?

Recently, my email address got switched without my knowledge, causing issues with my Kindle downloads as it was linked to my previous email. In an attempt to resolve this, I tried to revert to my old email but was warned of losing data, so I opted to create a new one. My primary email, where I want all downloads to go, is [redacted] The email that my Amazon account was changed to, [redacted], only directs to my Yahoo account and is primarily for treasurer purposes. I prefer to have only my Yahoo account linked to Amazon. However, the Bells In Motion email does receive smile donations from Amazon orders, which might be complicating matters.

Hello, I purchased a pair of blue Oodji pants in size 4 from your store, but I received a black pair with the hem down instead. I have been in contact with one of your representatives via email, and she provided me with two options. Dear Amazon, I need to share my disappointment regarding the recent issues with Amazon Prime Video on our Sony devices. For years, we enjoyed streaming on 6 Sony devices including two STR-DA5700ES, one STR-DA5800ES, two BDP-S790 and BDP-S570 Blu-ray players, and a KDL-46HX850 HDTV. However, in the past month, the Prime Video app has disappeared from the menus or stops loading on all 6 mentioned devices. It seems these "older" devices are no longer supported, even though Sony was willing to provide assistance. I am puzzled by the lack of notification regarding this change and unsure why Amazon chose to drop support despite Sony's offer of help. The loss of Prime Video on these devices significantly devalues our Prime membership, and I am considering exploring other streaming and shopping alternatives if this issue is not resolved promptly. I hope Amazon can address this matter to ensure we can continue enjoying Prime Video on our Sony devices or provide suitable alternatives for our household's entertainment needs. I would like to offer some constructive feedback regarding the continuous requests for feedback. While I appreciate providing feedback on expensive items like refrigerators or lawnmowers, I find it excessive to receive feedback requests for insignificant items like a small packet of chili powder. This constant stream of requests can become bothersome, making me consider shopping elsewhere. I believe many others share the same sentiment. It would be helpful to have an option to disable feedback requests for certain products. Thank you.

I kindly request some assistance with my account. I have noticed that my shopping choices are being saved, causing confusion when I decide to change my mind. Upon checkout, additional items are being added to my list without my approval. He swiftly dropped the package on my porch without ensuring it was secure, leaving it exposed and visible to potential theft. I suggest that drivers take the time to place packages in a more discrete location on the porch and ring the doorbell to alert the recipient of the delivery. Tracking ID: TBA[redacted]00 Today, the Amazon delivery driver placed my package on a side door stoop outside the building. Luckily, a witness saw this and informed building security who retrieved all packages, including mine. The tracking information states the package was handed to another resident, but it should have been delivered to my door. I am concerned about the lack of care for people's property. If Amazon cannot ensure safe and professional delivery, I may consider shopping elsewhere. D. Rhodes

I recently received one of my subscription orders. To my disappointment, I noticed that my gift card balance was used for purchasing a Kleenex order from my subscription. I believe my gift card funds should not have been utilized for this purpose. I would prefer if the gift card amount is refunded and my regular payment method, my Visa account, is charged instead.

My Amazon account was hacked recently. The hacker altered the phone number, address, and activated two-factor authentication. Even though Amazon sent me a link to reset my password, I can't complete the verification process because it's still showing the hacker's information, not mine. I need Amazon to restore my personal information to the account before I can access it again. I have been unable to log in for the past 5 days due to this issue.

I was looking for a specific picture frame size with a mat, but every time I tried, I got redirected to my previous order for candle rings and other unrelated products. The bot really was not helpful at all. Not everyone can fit neatly into predefined categories. It feels like a waste of time. Another option could be to request a call back and wait for assistance.

My cousin in Florida, USA, kindly sent my grandson a £50 voucher enclosed in a Santa Claus card meant to arrive at my address on 3rd November. Regrettably, the package did not reach us. I would like to get rid of the persistent "Featured items from our brands" bar at the bottom of the page when I log in to my Amazon account. It is extremely irritating, and I prefer to browse for items independently. Moreover, this list displays on my screen, potentially revealing my gift ideas to others. I am not interested in receiving unsolicited purchasing recommendations.

I made a purchase yesterday, and after that, my account was blocked. Amazon sent me an email saying I used an unauthorized gift card, but I got it from a friend studying overseas because I couldn't find any local shops in Malaysia selling Amazon gift cards. I placed an order for 1 car seat but received 2 car seats and was charged for both. My purchase order is BYRNCROA, UPC# [redacted]88, and SKU [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]81. I tried to resolve this online but was prompted for my credit card's expiration date, which I couldn't provide as the card is no longer valid. I haven't opened the package and would like the extra car seat picked up from my address or I can return it to Kohl's as they handle Amazon returns. Additionally, please refund me for the extra charge.

I recently discovered that a phone number was added to my account without my knowledge. As a result, I am unable to change my password, access my account details, or use my Prime membership. I have been in contact with Amazon support based in the Philippines, but I am uncomfortable with their assistance, particularly since they have not provided me with an employee ID number. My main goal is to regain control of my account as I have been unable to make any purchases on Amazon due to this issue. Every attempt to change my password has been unsuccessful.
