I have * outstanding orders, * items, all of which labeled as "in stock" and "* day Prime delivery" at order.**Order * was ** days ago. Order * was ** days ago.**Each of these * items is on the shelf today at my local Walmart and Target.**I have communicated via Chat with * different reps. I have communicated via customer service email twice. Everyone has told me for the past * days that both orders ??? were in advanced shipping process and could not be cancelled.**I am a Prime original customer. You are the ONLY retailer I have dealt with in ** years. Clearly, I am stupid, because I could buy all of these items TODAY from * local sources. **I have never, ever, dealt with customer service this poor, this unwilling to fix a glaring problem, or even elevate the problem to someone with authority to make something happen. This is not a problem with something being out of stock. How GetHuman3834016 fixed the problem
I received an email yesterday from an Amazon "Social Media" service rep, who obviously did not appreciate Amazon being called out to many millions of people. There was no explanation for the poor customer service, and no apology, but she did identify that Amazon shipping lost the now * week old delivery in transit. My credit cards will supposedly be credited, and I was given a $** purchase credit towards future orders of products sold and delivered by Amazon.**The most frustrating part of this was NOT the items that never arrived. All * of them are on the shelf at the local Walmart. It is that I communicated with * different service reps at Amazon over a ** day period. None of them shared that the shipment was lost, and every one of them assured me they had taken care of the issue.**Had I not stumbled upon GetHuman and used the power of social media, I do not think there would have been any resolution, so I thank whoever is on the other end of my keyboard. Whether I will ever order anything again from Amazon is another issue.
