I ordered the new latest model of vivo u** and it costs a lot and we are in poor condition right now with lots of debts and loan to pay. I ordered it on *rd october and it arrived on *th october but the amazon customer service is worst. They are denied to replace this phone because they say it works properly and they said they won't going to replace it. They told me to use the fake app name blancoo and test the diagnostics but that is sooo fake and all the test is fake. I want my refund and I wanna return my mobile. I can guarantee that phone is in best condition and it works as it was working when it was arrived. But the battery is draining so fast without me using it and I can't handle it anymore. I want my refund no matter what. Please help.
