I have been a prime video customer for a few years now, when I first started using the prime video feature it would stop, I was lucky to get through a show, at the time I thought the problem was something on my end here. Then I tried Netflix and hulu on a free trial period. They both work great on my equipment, no issues at all. Maybe a good month ago, I called and left my number, Amazon called back instantly. I explained to them as I stated above, I was not mean or nasty I just asked them if they could give me any idea's what I'm doing wrong and is there anything I could do to solve this problem, Their advice to me was to laugh at me, and tell me they could help me if I would send them five dollars they could and would tell me how to remedy the problem. I'm not a daily buyer, but I do buy from you time to time. And especially around Christmas time. The way I was treated was not right, there are so many scams out there today, it makes me extra cautious. I don't know if Amazon was trying to be funny, trying to run a scam or bordering on extortion. I'm sorry that it took me so long to bring this to your attention, but it kept bothering me and didn't go away.
