I placed an order on Monday as I have done previosly. Because I was expecting it to be mailed (did not use Prime) I used the alternate address of our local post office in the mall as I am often not home and this is an option you offered and I have used successfully in the past. However, for some reason, you couriered it on Friday to this post office. When they tried to deliver it to the post office, the post office refused it because you weren’t mailing it. Luckily the label had my phone number and he called me and I ran down to the post office to pick it up because I happen to be home. My name wasn’t even on the package or my address and I suspect I may not have received this parcel at all. He said this was some Trial for the last month. Obviously something failed. I was very lucky to get my parcel And only because the courier was willing to go the extra mile. I am leery of ordering anything through Amazon again if this might happen, especially at Christmas time. Can someone explain to me why this was couriered and not mailed to me c*o the Parkwood Pl PO.
