I received two out of three items today, but the third item, which was my dog's food and quite urgent, was missing. I know from past experiences that it usually arrives separately. I contacted customer service and they assured me it was still in transit. However, I had hoped it would have been part of the Amazon orders I just received. If they had informed me earlier that they couldn't guarantee delivery today, I would have pre-ordered it to arrive tomorrow. It's now past 9 pm, and after calling multiple times, my trust in their delivery service has diminished. Due to the company not being clear with me, my dog is without food tonight, and I am at work unable to help. This experience has left me upset and disappointed in their customer service. I may find it hard to trust important orders in the future as Amazon has let me down again when I needed them the most, especially with something as crucial as my dog's food. I purchased a Samsung M20 mobile phone on July 13, [redacted], with a deadline for replacement set for July 23, [redacted]. Contacted Amazon service center on July 22, [redacted], regarding battery backup, hanging, and heating issues. After performing a factory reset, issues persist with battery drainage and overheating while charging. Today, on July 24, [redacted], I spoke with Amazon service, and Mr. Siddharth declined replacement and could not resolve the battery drainage problem. Spent over 1.5 hours discussing the matter, wasting time and money spent on purchasing from Amazon. As a working woman, time is precious, and mobile usage is essential. Engaged in lengthy conversations with Amazon and Samsung customer service to no avail. Please urgently address the battery drainage problem as this will be my last purchase from Amazon. I purchased two $99 room dividers, but they arrived with a white material in lines and a dark material. Additionally, there were broken bamboo pieces and one of the boxes was torn. I opened one divider and did not like it. I want to return them without paying for return shipping. After the return is processed, I may consider buying two different screens that are $20 to $30 more each. I would like to discuss these issues with a representative as the screens I received look nothing like what was shown online. I believe the return should be handled carefully before I proceed with a new order. Thank you.

I would like to raise a formal complaint against Amazon regarding a Prime Membership "bait and switch" incident that occurred with Order # [redacted]-[redacted] placed on Monday, July 15, [redacted]. I was informed that the delivery, originally set for today, has been delayed until August due to a "supply" issue. Ironically, I managed to purchase the exact same Amazon Echo Dot Ver. 3 today for a higher price with a confirmed delivery date of Friday, July 26th. This appears to be a clear case of "bait and switch," where sellers fail to deliver the promised item within a reasonable time frame. The purchase involved two Echo Dot Ver. 3 at the special price of $44.80. Such practices are unethical and unprofessional. I recently ordered an air pump from the warehouse which arrived with damaged packaging. Despite expecting the product to be fine, after inserting eight new D batteries, it did not work. My concern is the price difference; the warehouse item costs me $4 while the new replacement is $14, making me spend over $10 more due to receiving a faulty item initially. Customer service mentioned they couldn't reorder it because it's a warehouse item. I urgently needed the pump for a client tonight, which is now impossible. I believe Amazon should reimburse me the $10 price discrepancy between the new purchase and the faulty warehouse item. As a loyal Amazon customer who spends thousands annually, I anticipate a higher level of customer service.

Good morning, I felt misunderstood as my issue was not accurately addressed by all three representatives. They seemed too quick to assume the problem without hearing me out. My Order #[redacted]-[redacted] was not delivered as stated. The website lacks an option for "Not Delivered" when requesting a replacement. The tracking indicates delivery to the mailbox, which did not occur. We often face misdeliveries from USPS due to address similarities with our neighbors and confusion between street names. Due to Amazon's handling of this situation, I am rethinking using it as my main online shopping platform. Regards, Don F.

On 25-07-[redacted], I purchased a Sanskrit book and paid in full using my credit card. The money was debited from my account, showing the payment as successful. However, shortly after, a message indicated that the payment was unsuccessful and the book was not shipped. I am a loyal Amazon customer and am now concerned about the whereabouts of my book and the money. I am eagerly awaiting necessary actions to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I recently received an email from Toll mentioning that my item couldn't be delivered due to an address issue. Even though Toll regularly delivers to my house, they mentioned that Amazon stopped the delivery. I've been trying to reach Amazon for an hour, but all the numbers I tried led to dead ends. Toll advised me to contact Amazon to confirm my address so they can deliver the package. Unfortunately, getting hold of Amazon representatives seems impossible. I'm located in Australia and unsure how to proceed with this issue. This is my first time buying from Amazon; usually, I use eBay without any problems. It's frustrating to encounter two major issues within two days of my first Amazon purchase. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Hamilton Beach ice maker for my parents as a Christmas present. However, we didn't test it right away because they were getting ready to go on an RV trip and were also selling their home in the meantime. Unfortunately, when they finally tried to use it, the ice maker didn't work at all. To make matters worse, the product is now out of its short warranty. This was incredibly disappointing as they had to buy ice multiple times while traveling, costing them a lot of money. We reached out to the seller, who directed us to the manufacturer. Despite my mom contacting them multiple times, they've been unhelpful and evasive. Yesterday, she was on hold for over an hour with no resolution in sight. It seems like we won't be getting any support from the manufacturer.

I lodged a complaint yesterday since I have not received a refund of Rs. [redacted] for an order I cancelled before departure but after dispatch. The item I purchased was Charak Pharma Sumenta for Rs. [redacted], with a Rs. [redacted] cashback which I received, leaving Rs. [redacted] to be paid. Unfortunately, I have not received this amount back yet. I am disappointed with the lack of response from Amazon. I engaged in a chat with a representative yesterday who mentioned that their senior would follow up with me, but I have not heard anything yet. Please provide an update on when I can expect to receive my refund. Thank you.

The customer service representative, Michael B., suggested a return label for a refund or contacting the manufacturer for warranty repair options. I provided my UK address and an alternative address in Italy for sending the laptop back, with the return label not being prepaid for international returns. I recently placed an order for an auto part but mistakenly ordered the wrong one. I then promptly ordered the correct part and attempted to return the incorrect one. Upon contacting customer service for a return receipt, I was informed that the company, Drivestar Auto, needed to send that to me. After Amazon offered to forward an email request for the return receipt, Drivestar Auto did send it to my email for printing. Unfortunately, I lack a printer and requested they mail it instead. Despite explaining this in an email, I was hung up on by the customer service representative. When I tried to call back to resolve the issue, the person who answered, named John, had a strong accent and also hung up on me. I am quite disappointed by the treatment I received and still require the return receipt to be mailed to me at [redacted] Fir Court, Augusta, Georgia, [redacted].

I placed an order for the CD "O.J. Simpson, Made in America" on June 30, [redacted]. I initially thought I had cancelled the order, but upon checking online, it indicates the purchase was made. I recently ordered two items totaling over $25 for one-day shipping to arrive today. Unfortunately, I just found out they won't be delivered until tomorrow, which is disappointing since they are for my niece's birthday party tomorrow, which starts at noon. My mail usually arrives after 2:00 PM, and I have a long drive ahead. I am unable to contact customer service via phone due to my anxiety, and the app is not working well on my phone. I placed an order on July 20, [redacted], and made the payment. However, I have not received the item yet. According to the order details, the expected delivery date was July 26, [redacted], and it should have arrived yesterday. Unfortunately, the tracking information is not available. Although I received an email stating that the order was delivered, I have not actually received it. I am hoping for a prompt resolution to this issue and that the item will be sent to me soon.
