Hello, I just wanted to inform AMAZON that one of the sellers on your site is advertising Pentair original product but it is actually a generic knockoff of cheap quality. After my pool guy told me I went to read the comments on the AMAZON page and was shocked to fund out that all these people had the same issue. I ordered a Pentair R****** *** Square Feet Cartridge Element Replacement Clean and Clear Pool and Spa Filter from BackyardPoolSuperstore. Again I just want to notify AMAZON of this deceptive practice by one of your sellers.

I sent an e-mail to the company but have had no response. The email was questioning why did they send a generic pool filter. At this point I plan to keep the filter but will not order from them again. I just wanted to inform AMAZON about this distributor and you may want to do an investigation to ensure that you have a reputable distributor.
