Got locked out of my account because Amazon enabled * step verification without letting me know, and the verification texts go to an outdated phone number. All of my info on the account is outdated by a couple years, which also lead to issues with customer support over the phone (they want my billing address on the account for verification, and I don't remember which of my old addresses is on the account either ...)**I sent an email to CIS@amazon.com about this but it bounced back, saying this address doesn't accept emails, so I emailed *****@***.com instead.**I just want to be able to talk with customer support in a way that makes progress, because they're not accepting my emails and customer support says they can't help me unless I give them info I no longer remember.**Thnx
GetHuman-zimxbox did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
