My account was set up in the UK. Today tried to login to Amazon.com which I have in the past to download a Kindle digital book. There was an issue with my password which I've used for *-* years. I can see that the system recognises me at some level. Even after inputting the code that is emailed to me, I still have a problem. I am asked to verify my account using my credit card. The credit card shown on your system is no longer valid. Please give me some instructions to correct this. My current delivery address is Torkarjeva ulica ** * **** Ljubljana * Slovenia. Eventually found a number for Amazon UK, harder than I expected but popped up when I was unable to login, yet again. All that was needed was (after a few security questions) to get the existing credit card cancelled from my account. Then login with different browser. Quite simple in the end.
