Re order ***-*******-******. THis has been out for delivery from Springfield, VA since *:** AM, May **, ****. At about *.** PM, yesterday, I was next in line for delivery and the driver was within * block of my address (*** Cloudes Mill Way, Alexandria, VA *****). Suddenly, after having been just off I-*** and Duke St. in Alexandria, he inexplicably moved in the opposite direction and outside the Beltway (I-***), never to return and, damnably, the Amazon tracking system shows no update oe explanation for the missed delivery. Because of AMZL incompetence, my package is now already one day late and there is no supporting status update for the new delivery "estimate" of May **-**. This is now at least the **th AMZL Prime shipment that I did not receive wirthin the Prime *-day delivery guarantee. If this Yamaha AV *k receiver*amplifier is not delivered by *:** PM, today, May **, ****, I want a replacement shipped out via overnight express at Amazon's expense. Otherwise, I will buy this item locally and cancel*return the Amazon order.

How GetHuman-alteride fixed the problem
The first shipment was lost by AMZL. After spending literally hours on a chatline with a so-called Amazon "customer service" center (in India) and on the phone with so-called customer service reps in the U.S. I finally got lucky and encountered a lady by the name of Jehn B, who was friendly, customer-centric, helpful and competent and quickly determined the the shipment was lost. She then immedately initiated a replacement order which was delivered today, * days after the first shipment was due.
