Get my money back for a defective cable or since they won't return my money return the item so I can use the rest of the stuff for spare parts for the working unit I had to purchase ... Had an order with GPS, sent me a defective cable, wanted me to return it at my expense, returned for refund, they called me and said unit was not the same one that they sent - BIG FAT LIE - and they would not give me return. If they won't refund my money they should send back what I sent them and I can use the rest of the stuff in the box for spares. Right now they have my money and the item. They can take their pick, if they are going to keep money, including shipping fees, then I want the item back!!! Order * ***-*******-*******. Since they won't respond to me then Amazon should tell them the same thing either refund my money or send the items back to me, one or the other.
This could be considered mail fraud, a criminal offense, and theft when they don't send back the items but keep the money of which I will be more than happy to charge them with
Either refund me the money or return the items that I sent while letting them know that I have the serial number also which is why what they told me on the phone was a lie
Several years a customer and have only had a few returns of which I had no problem, last year alone I spent over **,*** dollars and are on a fast pace to spend more this year.
