This was my first order on Amazon, and I expected better from such a reputable company. Last March, I purchased a Microsoft Surface laptop with a 4-year accident protection plan from Asurion through Amazon. In February this year, I accidentally dropped my laptop, resulting in a broken mouse trackpad. After sending it to Asurion in early March for repair or replacement, the process which was estimated to take 10-12 business days has been prolonged. As they are unable to fix the trackpad, I am awaiting a replacement laptop. The replacement suggested by Asurion is a different color and price from the original. Despite having a plan covering a replacement laptop with a cost range matching my original purchase, my interactions with Asurion's staff have been unhelpful and frustrating. Despite being directed to Amazon for assistance by the last supervisor I spoke with at Asurion, I believe it's not Amazon's responsibility to resolve issues with another company's service. I am inquiring if Amazon can assist in replacing my laptop. I suggest considering alternative companies for laptop insurance as my experience with Asurion's customer service has been extremely disappointing.

I'm Ann Thomas. I placed an order for Jenee Ventures stretchable pants last week. I received a message saying it was delivered and signed for by Ann Thomas, but I never actually got the product. We have canceled our Prime Membership three times, yet we are still being charged. No one in our household has agreed to reinstate our subscription, which was originally canceled in August [redacted]. We request that all charges for Prime Membership be refunded to our account.

I've noticed an Amazon Prime truck parked outside recently. It seems odd as it doesn't deliver anything in the neighborhood and appears to be overly curious about the building and vehicles here. It would be more professional for Amazon to focus on their deliveries rather than being intrusive. Collecting information in such a manner could lead to wrong decisions and potentially harm individuals due to unethical practices. I would address this with Jeff Bezos if I had his contact details, but as I don't, I urge them to refrain from being overly inquisitive. I've faced challenges and now just seek peace in my limited circumstances.

I am noticing ongoing charges on my credit card for Amazon Prime Membership that began in June [redacted]. I do not remember intentionally subscribing to Prime Membership and have not utilized any Prime benefits in my purchases. I only have records of the credit card charges and do not possess an account number. I purchased an item as a Prime member on March 23, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The product advertised a "[redacted]% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE," which led me to believe I could return it if unsatisfied. However, the item, a slip loop collar, is not only cheap but also dangerous due to the risk of strangulation. I attempted to return it but discovered that it cannot be returned. During my recent trip to the States, I ordered a laptop, three bundles of hair, and a frontal, but unfortunately, the delivery guy left the items unattended on the front porch, and they were taken by someone else. I bought a hearing aid that quickly stopped working, and a replacement I received has also failed. I had an appointment with a neurosurgeon in Miami, although I live in Fort Lauderdale. Unfortunately, the hearing aid malfunctioned, and the neurosurgeon declined the appointment. I now need to go back to Miami when I get one that functions properly. This inconvenience might lead to permanent damage to my spine due to the extra time required.

In May [redacted], my Amazon account was hacked. A $[redacted] computer gaming item was ordered, but the shipping address remained mine. Upon noticing the unauthorized purchase, I found my payment methods deleted with no trace of the order. Amazon acknowledged the hack but failed to follow up as promised. Contacting them led to a frustrating email exchange without resolution. Despite canceling the credit card to prevent further charges, reimbursement hasn't been provided due to Amazon not instructing me on returning the item. Nearly a year later, I'm still stuck with the unwanted product and accruing interest on the charge. Initially, I sought return instructions and a credit refund. Later, I requested compensation for the interest paid, to no avail. At this point, I simply desire guidance on returning the item and a full refund, even though the order and item don't appear in my history.

I need to return the fogger I purchased. It's too large for my one-room living situation with my sensitive, disabled landlady, who cannot have such strong scents in the house. I regret not researching it more before buying it, along with the cedarcide product. Dealing with mites is exhausting, but I will have to find a different solution. I have more products coming, like one gallon and a spritzer, which I also don't want to receive. Is it possible to only be charged for the quart portion? I rely on Amazon due to not having a car; would they be able to pick up the fogger when delivering my other items for a fee? I attempted to contact your customer service department multiple times but encountered issues. After being disconnected and put on hold for extended periods, I decided to reach out again. The package in question is an Amazon Prime delivery that was incorrectly sent to the wrong address and house. It is not my responsibility to ensure accurate delivery. These repeated incidents explain why customers may not receive their packages. The inability to deliver to the correct address is concerning. Hello! I recently made a purchase on Amazon.it scheduled for delivery today. However, when tracking my order this morning, I discovered it was suspended for payment verification.
