To Whom it may concern,**It was a difficult process trying to submit documents for verification for non US seller. After a few attempts, I received an approval from amazon and I can log into the seller page. When I log into the seller page, I noticed that the subscription*amount $**.** was indicated. The strange thing is during the signing up process,*I didn't have a choice to choose my plan.*What I know is as a starter we can choose to pay a fee or do not need to pay until the item is sold. So, I just leave it as it was because I can start selling my items and earn back.**Before I get to familiarise with the setup and learn more about the content, while I was reading, I discovered that my*seller account was suspended and I immediately*wrote in for clarification. The next day, my credit card statement indicated that Amazon payment $**.** was paid. Can I know why Amazon made me pay and in other hand suspended*account. If my documents was not valid or supporting... why I received*an approval as seller?*Is this Amazon's normal practice to charge foreigners like that (just make us pay for nothing)? I'm really shocked.**Also, all in-coming messages from Amazon was so 'fake' and it was like a computer generated one... didn't answer my questions and keep asking for supporting documents to prove that it is a valid credit card on file. The question is if it is not a valid credit card, the deduction of $**.** would not happen. What's happening? Amazon customer service is the worst I ever encountered.**I'm so disappointed and I've paid for all these headaches. I'm requesting to refund my money and close my account immediately.**Please don't ask a robot to answer my questions and please solve this matter as soon as possible.
