I have ordered from amazon for as long as I can remember. I love it! It’s great products and a great service. *However in the last week I have had an issue with more than one order. I tried to call and got automated systems that don’t have options for what i need to say. I tried to contact through the app but again cannot say what I need to say. *I suppose you have a lot of people calling you considering you make it impossible to contact an actual human being to resolve my issue. *The order placed February **th... I haven’t received it and it said it was delivered Thursday. I waited a few more days and I still do not have it. I really needed it for a trip I’m going on on Tuesday. And it’s unfortunate that I will not have it now. But I do still need the item. I just don’t want to have to pay for it again.*The order placed on December *nd was even worse. Worst experience I have had with amazon in my life and is actually the sole reason why I now order much much less. I ordered these lights and the first set did not work. I ordered a second set to see if those would work and again they did not. At this point I was over the lights. And just wanted to get rid of them. I emailed someone I don’t even know who because it’s so hard to contact amazon. And she told me she would refund my entire order and I could just thro the lights away. Which was a relief and I was happy and satisfied. *Then I realize I only got refunded for one and the other still needed returned. However I had already thrown them away! It was so stressful I just pushed it in the back of my mind and just told myself to be done with amazon. Because it was so hard to contact any help regarding an order. *Then about a month later because my order went returned I was charged again. So I still paid for * of these lights when I have none. And had I been told I needed to return the pile of sticky lights I had on my floor, I wouldn’t have thrown them away. *I’m beyond frustrated and if this isn’t resolved I’ll definitely never order again. And I have subscriptions and stuff but it’s just not worth it. Customer service should not be this difficult to obtain.
