I am contacting you due to an issue with a large package delivery from Ontrac. The package was marked as "Delivered" prior to the scheduled date, but it was never actually delivered to my address. Despite clear instructions for the driver to call for access to my gated complex, no attempt was made to contact me. After reporting the incident, a driver showed up unannounced without the package and was unable to provide any information regarding the previous delivery. Ontrac mentioned that Amazon will issue a refund, but the driver's dishonest behavior is concerning. It appears there is a pattern of fraudulent deliveries, and a thorough investigation is necessary to address this matter. Since September [redacted], I have been attempting to receive two refunds on credited items. I was informed that I had won a $[redacted] online contest, but despite sending in documentation multiple times, I have not received the funds. Additionally, I returned two Fire tablets for repair, but one was sent back to me to be shipped to Seattle, where it was not accepted and sent to an East Coast repair center. Through tracking, I confirmed the item was delivered in September [redacted]. I have contacted Amazon representatives in various locations to no avail. One representative told me I needed double verification. This frustrating experience has resulted in wasted time and money on postage. I recently noticed recurring charges on my account from Amazon Music and Amazon Digital Services totaling $3.99 per month dating back to at least May 10th, [redacted]. Additionally, there seems to be a charge for Amazon Free Time Unlimited on July 25th, [redacted], which I do not recognize. I have never intentionally subscribed to Amazon Music or Digital Services, as my only relationship with Amazon is for shopping purposes. I received a text notification on January 31, [redacted], at 4:03 pm claiming my package had been delivered to my front door. However, upon checking, there was no sign of the package. After contacting the Post Office, they confirmed that it was delivered to a different address. Despite assurances that it would be re-routed to me, I have yet to receive the package after four phone calls and a week of waiting. The latest update from the Post Office states that they are unable to locate the missing package and will not provide a replacement. I usually use Kindle, but I wanted physical copies of the books for my book club. The tracking information shows that the package, which contained two books including "The Red Address Book," was supposedly delivered to the wrong address on January 29, [redacted].

On the 7th, I purchased shoe insoles for work. At checkout, I was offered a free trial of Amazon Prime for a month. Curious, I accepted it. Later, my card was unexpectedly declined when buying pizza due to a $13.77 charge for the “free” Amazon Prime trial. Upset, I checked my balance and saw the charge. I promptly canceled the subscription on Amazon's website. Despite having the service for less than a day, I only received half the refund. If I knew about the charge, I wouldn't have signed up. After contacting customer service, they assured me I'd receive the full refund. I'm still missing $6.88 on my card after receiving $6.89 back promptly.

A delivery person in an unidentifiable white vehicle threw my package onto my second-floor walkway, causing it to hit the ground twice. Furthermore, one of my packages is overdue with no specific delivery date given, only estimated dates. As a Prime customer, these delivery problems are disappointing. En demandant un échange pour une taille inférieure, le vendeur m'a proposé de garder le produit en me remboursant 5 euros. Cependant, l'achat initial était de 18.99 euros, donc je préfère demander un remboursement complet.
