Ordered tires through amazon and set to have them installed at sears using amazon home services. three of the tires made it to the sears service center but the fourth is missing. Contacted amazon who sent me through at least * different CS reps, none of whom had any idea how to help me or provided any real info at all. The order is ***-*******-*******. All the tires were in the same place at the same time according to UPS but somehow one has vanished. Sears apparently had no intention of calling me so I was waiting for my appointment and had to contact when I saw that the order was delayed. So basically I have no tires, no contact from sears telling me my appointment was canceled, no rescheduled appointment yet and no support from amazon. Tried to email after getting nowhere with the chat support and never received a response... aggravated is an understatement at this point.
GetHuman1825024 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
