I called your customer service number to discuss an order I placed this morning from my Amazon Prime account. This was the worst customer service experience I ever had with Amazon. The person barely spoke English and did not fully understand my question. He was obviously in another country and knew little if anything about the benefits of Prime membership. I was questioning the two day delivery policy. My order was placed this morning and my understanding is that it should be two day shipping. The Delivery date came up on my order as next Wednesday. There was an option for a longer delivery with a $* credit. This person was completely unable to deal with my question or the issue. I need additional information as well on the benefits associated with prime. I went to listen to music and a popup came up for a three month trial membership for $.**. Please send me information on what exactly I can expect for my $*** prime membership. Unhappy customer.
