I order an ipad and it was suppose to be deliver to Amazon locker Monday but since it was full, they said they can't deliver. I tried to contact customer support via chat and it was the most irritating experience with transfer to * reps and nothing done. Call yield a rep that said the locker is full but another attempt will be made later that night and if full, tomorrow. No attempt made last night and today, it's full again so no delivery attempt. I am just trying to get it deliver to my work place and the rep. i spoke to said no problem, she'll change it. I'm home now checking on it and it did not look like it was done so called again. New rep. said no, next attempt is delivery to the locker again tomorrow. I'm on a very long hold and just spoke to a rep that told me that it can't be changed. I purchase an ipad and because the locker is full, I can't get my item?
