AMAZON SELLER PROBLEM*A few days ago I mistakenly set up a Professional Sell on Amazon account when I really wanted the Individual I followed the instructions as told and downgraded but the "get back to us didn't work it was returned undeliverable.*attached is a copy of the info from Amazon simply put I am asking for the refund . ***“Greetings from Amazon Seller Support,*As per your email, I understand that you want to open an Individual Selling Account instead of a Professional one.*In order to keep the email address you initially used to register, you have to complete the registration for a Professional Seller account. While registering, you will be charged an initial subscription fee of $**.**. However, once the enrollment is completed, we can refund this amount to your Seller account balance.*Once you've finished setting up your account, downgrade your account to the Individual selling plan by following the steps below:**. Under Settings, click Account Info. **. Under Your Services, click Manage. **. Click Downgrade. **. Click Confirm Downgrade to switch your selling plan.*After doing so, please contact us again requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $**.**. It takes *-* business days from the date of reimbursement for the funds to appear. The fund will then be transferred to your bank account at your account’s next payment date.”
