Sept. *, **** I ordered (*) Actiontec Wireless N DSL Modem because TDS our phone carrier uses this product for all Wi-fi or Internet. My old modem crashed Sun. **, ****. I proceeded to install the above mentioned product which I had ordered to have on hand when old modem crashed. The Actiontec Wireless N DSL modem Model *GT***WN would not work because this model you sell is for all makes of carriers. TDS tech came to house today Mon. **, **** and had to install their ActionTec Modem because its software is compatible with their program. I cannot use the model I bought from you. I would like to return this to Amazon* it has never been used.Thank you, Ronda Collins Prime Cust. Correct phone no. *** *** ****
