I talked to an Amazon customer service agent the other day about returning a defective item I bought. The request for the return has to be filed by November *. I told her that the item will be coming from outside the US and she told me that I had up to a week after I request the return to print the waybill and send the item back. Now, I requested the return waybill and I was informed that I have to send the item by November *!? The package was in transit since November * but it's from halfway across the world and I opted for the * day shipping since I was told that the request waybill would be valid for * days after November *!*Item is an ASUS VivoBook laptop, account is under *****@***.com. If you can, please pull up a transcript of the exchanges with the customer service agent.
