Hello, *Sir*Maddam*I have ordered Redmi Y* *GB RAM ** GB Grey Storage, Grey Colour On dated **.**.**** in Great indian Festival sale. I have paid full cost price of the product via SBI debit card and availed cashback offer and opted for exchange too. Payment was successfull made and the order was placed i.e. order No * ***-*******-*******.* *The product was supposed to be delivered by **.**.**** but the delivered was not attampted on that date nor on **.**.****. **And remarkably I was texted and mailed by Amazon that " I have refused to take the product hence the product is now been returning to the seller and you will get your amount refunded as soon as the product reaches the seller. " Which is not true as no attempt of delivery was made by your courier provided.**It is stated that I have not refused to accept the product. Infact the delivery of the product is not been attampted yet. So the SMS and mail of your is not true in any sense. So please do the needful and provide me with my aforesaid order.**Infact I have called * times to the courier boy's mobile no and he told that the product will be deliverd on **.**.**** and the same information was given by yours customer service representative but it didn't happen so as I have not got my ordered product yet.**I have approached to your's customer service representative several times on **.**.**** and **.**.**** but they didn't solved my issue i.e. provided my aforesaid placed order. Infact I found that they were provided some irrelevant information regarding my concern.**I have also asked yours customer service representative to please connect to their higher authority but somehow they escaped it. I also request them to please register a complaint to my concern but here also they escaped by providing irrelevant information regarding the issue.**Sir I have been to some very confusing as well as havoc condition with Amazon customer service representative so I request you to please arrange a customer grivence call so that my concern is raised properly.**All the necessary details to my order is been attached herewith the mail.
