I have purchased a Samsung Fridge against Amazon order no.***-*******-******* and made full payment. Delivery was to be made on ********.*As per delivery schedule fridge was brought to our apartment however they could not bring it to my flat which is on second floor because only * persons accompanied the delivery van. They tried to get more help from the dealer but could not get the help.They offered to give delivery at apartment lobby which I refused. They informed me that they will come again with the fridge next day ie. on **th morning with more persons and complete the delivery and take back old fridge which is working condition. So far delivery is not done and I have not heard any thing from anybody. However I received a call from Amazon asking me if delivery is made, it was a recorded call. It further asked me if I had refused delivery of delivery is not attempted. Since delivery was attempted and were asking me to take delivery at ground floor level i informed that it was refused.*Now let me know when delivery will be made. *Please note that we have once emptied our present working fridge and have put the things back again.
