When you say enter fone...say CELLPHONE for TEXT...dont just say enter phone...I put in home * landline and then when next* page said code coming I went back and changed to cell *...I have been up and down stairs * X now and its not working.*Also what do you mean "what did I do to resolve issue"? what a mess. ... I dont want to say its a language issue but maybe it is*On ******* I recently ordered a book: Edgar Cayce Order Number: ***-*******-*******. It is a used book and I buy used all the time. It's one thing to have some wear or stains etc. and there is so much writing and notes in book*it would have been hard to read but I would keep it if it didn't have BUGS in it...little black bugs. *I still would like a clean book (without bugs) or refund please as I will not open it again and it is still in plastic and will send it back if seller will pay shipping. **Sayed (live chat) said he would tell seller that but now I think he didn't understand at all. When I thought he did understand he just went away a looooong time and came back and said "what can I help you with?" like we were starting over. I had to say I would try another time. So it was no help at all. *If the comments in the chat box still come up you will see than after I was pretty clear about problem: each time*I try to sign in...old invalid email comes up - *****@***.com...and I dont remember old password so I cant use it and change email in your site.*The Century Link people (used to be Qwest hence q.com) removed it altogether cause it was hacked, and even trying it can freeze computer for like an hour so I cant say forgot password and wait for your link or whatever as Century Link says best to not try it for anything as could*make computer crash. *The new and correct email- *****@***.com is either now a *nd email or something else is wrong as I cant find the above order in the orders info . I cant change email on that account as I have no other email to use. Sayed asked for correct email so it seemed he was at least following at that point.*Sayed said he would tell seller what I wanted but now I think he didn't understand at all. He just went away a looooong time and came back and said "what can I help you with?" like we were starting over.*I had to say I would try another time. So it was no help at all. What he sent to my email (his idea) is just : Deal of the day and Lightning Deals. What good is that when I already placed an order and need help?*Now what do I do? What who doesn't realize? If you mean Amazon ...I understand why this site says over *K similar problems as this cust service is*just a maze. If eBay is kicking Amazon butt I know why, they are so easy to use and fix problems.
Another copy of same book...some notes or writing inside is not a problem...BUGS in the book is a problem...I will send book back if seller pays shipping...I wont open it again and still have orig. plastic bag with orig label.
What?? Why I am a good customer? I am surprised you have any customers. Who is making this stuff up?
