Good Day.**I purchased an Apple iPad mini * ME***LL*A (**GB, WI-FI) Black with Space Gray, from amazon on June *, ****. **Im trying to setup the iPad but Im getting an "Activation Lock" notice on the phone. The item purchased was new so Im not sure why Im having that issue with the item. Can you please help?**I'm located overseas ... in Jamaica, so I didn't receive the item until just now. The person I mailed the item to overseas is visiting so I asked them to bring the item down for me since Im not located in the U.S. **Due to my waiting on the item to be delivered, the return window closed on July *th and the Support Window closed on August *th. **I however need some help since I've already paid for the item and cannot use it with a lock thats on it.**Please assist.**Amazon Account Holder: Monica Foster*Order *: ***-*******-*******
