If you are having issues with your Ebay order that was already placed click https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/il/en-us/. From there, you should be able to report the issue to Ebay using their forms.
The issue in GetHuman-pwa's own words
Today (Friday, *-**-**), I tried to send a reply to your June *, ****, "Confirmation of Prime Membership Change" email, but aol returned it saying Amazon did not accept it. On June *, I tried to order an umbrella thru your site. The ordering process was quite lengthy. Also very frustrating because it kept twisting my arm to join Prime. I did not want to join Prime. I gave my visa card number and other requested information and submitted the form. I then received the *:** p.m. "Thank you for joining Prime" email, followed by the *:** p.m. "Confirmation of Prime membership change" email. The latter said something about losing Prime benefits at the end of the membership period. What membership period? Can I not purchase anything from you site without being a Prime member? Did you charge my Visa account? Am I still going to receive the umbrella? P.S. I tried to email you earlier today, but could not remember my password. So I asked for and received a temporary password (*******), but that was not accepted. My email is *****@***.com.
GetHuman-pwa did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
