Amazon customer service, **I am emailing in regards to the order, ORDER * ***-*******-******* * This order was made, when pu****ng the button “purchase item again” from my purchase history. I had no clue it was setting me up to order from a company in Beijing. The brand that makes these earplugs are located ** miles from me, and would take *-* days before on your website, and after reading the reviews it appears the item I have on the way, is counterfeit. I tried canceling immediately once realizing this was not the right item, but they would not allow me too. I am upset that I will be getting an item I did not want, because of the button urging me to purchase the same thing I bought four months prior. I would return this item instantly but it wont allow me too. I hope that you can help me find a resolution to this problem, I am a full time college student and I cant afford these kinds of mistakes that will cost me, though ** dollars seems like little, it is a lot to me. *Sincerely, *A frustrated customer, Pamela Sobotka
