Well I guess Sailrite doesn't care about their customers. That was made pretty clear to me. My request for return was not that I don't want it. It is the fact that it is a defective sewing machine. I did not see anywhere that there was a return period. Just a way of getting out of dealing with a unhappy customer. Plus I don't have time to deal with sending it back, to get a temporary fix and then waiting on return. I have already been down a week. Plus I totally trust the repairman that checked out the machine. I will NEVER have another Sailrite sewing machine. I am very disappointed that Sailrite does not want to help a customer. Doesn't say much for customer service.**this is the answer I sent back to Sailrite. Terrible customer service. I have had multiple repairs on the sewing machine at a $***.** per time. in less than a year. Sailrite will not refund my money says it is past the given time. All I know is I have a * year warranty. Very unhappy customer.
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
