Hi. I had ordered a ** gb memory card from Amazon and had opted for COD. My friend had ordered for me hence I do not have the order id as of now. The account holder's name is Samriddha Ghosh. Upon arrival on **th of March I paid Rs *** using my debit card. After that I received a message which is as follows - "Amazon Pay-Link expired for the transaction of INR***.** with Tracking * ************. Please request for a new link."* I had to pay *** in cash again on *nd March. I have contacted the bank several times and they are taking forever to resolve the refund issue. It would be nice if you could let me know if you have receives double payment on this single order. I tried calling customer care but I am unable to connect to it. Please reply soon. Thank you.
