I received far less than acceptable customer service in regards to a ****pping time and moreso, cost issue. After being placed in a chat with no less than six different staff members (whom all, so obviously, had zero interest in helping me in the slightest), I eventually was forced to go it alone. What is more, I was given false information about how to spare myself cost on ****pping. It goes on and on. Please contact me as soon as possible, as I am a constant customer of all Amazon platforms. I have literally NEVER been so irritated, frustrated, disappointed, in***bered and in all seriousness... trapped in a seemingly never ending loop of incompetent simpletons. A nauseating amount of my time has already been stolen due to the issues listed above (and then some). Seems like there is a bottomless stock of hopelessly defective pseudo*employees whom only succeed in that they have accrued limitless potential in the art of being paid to do nothing at all.
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
