I have just received a returned reminder for a Hauptstadtkoffer -X-Kolln suitcase. The lock was faulty & another one was dispatched which we received & we coped the return label as per instructions and the faulty suitcase item was collected on the **th May. I have tried the Amazon telephone numbers & non of them are working due to the number being changed & no new number given & web page has not been updated. Can I please have the new contact number so I can talk to someone over the phone on how to track the missing item, before I get charged for the replacement. *I look forward to hearing from you soon so we can resolve this annoying issue.
GetHuman-nhmar did not yet indicate what Amazon.com (UK) should do to make this right.
I managed to get in touch with someone via email & she put me in touch with a link I could use to sort out the issue. The link took me straight to another email address & I was able to resolve the problem quickly with in a few hours.

How GetHuman-nhmar fixed the problem
Contacted Amazon via email & explained the issue I was having regarding the suitcase & finding out if it had arrived at the warehouse or not. Had a reply with in a few hours letting me know that the suitcase had infact been returned & unfortunately due to a technical error the system hadn't been updated regarding the warehouse receiving the outstanding item. I have received an apology from Amazon & the system has been updated with the information that the suitcase has arrived safely back with Amazon & I won't be charged & I won't receive anymore emails on this matter.
