I purchased the LG 49UK6300PLB 49-Inch UHD 4K HDR Smart LED TV from Amazon, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Amazon sent me a replacement, but I've been struggling to return the broken TV to Hermes. I've had multiple conversations with Amazon's Live Chat Service, where I received conflicting information about the return process. At first, I was told I didn't need to return the item, but Hermes insisted on taking it. Then, when I tried to set up a return, there were issues with the scheduled pick-up time conflicting with my hospital appointments. Despite being provided a return authentication code, Hermes still refused to take the TV. Subsequent attempts to resolve the return issue with Amazon have not been successful, and this situation is causing me significant stress and impacting my health.

I haven't used Amazon in a few years. Recently, I updated my address and debit card details, but forgot to change my email address since my old one got closed down. I made an order for a camera charger and batteries to be picked up at a local supermarket, but the pickup code was sent to my inaccessible old email. I've contacted customer support, but they keep directing me back to the old email. Despite explaining my situation at length, the staff doesn't understand. I was suggested to create a new account, but my current order would be left hanging. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to cancel my Amazon Prime membership, however, there seems to have been some confusion regarding the process when I last made a purchase. I am an English expat living in Spain, 87 years old, disabled, and a member of the Partially Sighted Society. I was disheartened to see unexpected charges (Amazon Prime) on my bank statement. I kindly request your understanding and ask for confirmation of my Amazon Prime cancellation. I have not utilized any of the membership benefits and I am hopeful for a refund.

Hello, I am encountering an issue with an order I placed recently. Order number: [redacted]-[redacted] After waiting for over a week since the purchase, I received an automated email from Amazon indicating that the seller has not yet dispatched the item. Subsequently, I attempted to contact the seller to cancel the order and request a refund. However, I then received another automated email from Amazon stating that the seller did not receive my message and citing "a problem with the recipient's email system." Currently, I am unable to communicate with the seller, request a cancellation, or see any progress on the shipment status of the item. At this point, I simply wish to receive a refund and cancel the order due to the unusual circumstances. Any assistance on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Toby G.

I did not receive the bayite Leather Bands for Fitbit Versa that I ordered. It was missing from the shipment, even though it shows as delivered. I placed the order on April 21, [redacted], with Order# [redacted]-[redacted]. However, I have been charged for the item. The Seller informed me to reach out to Amazon as the shipper. I requested a Monday delivery as scheduled, to which he agreed. However, my order was left with an unknown neighbor. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to retrieve my parcel as the neighbor is unavailable. Dear Support Team, I am seeking clarification regarding recent orders I placed and subsequently canceled due to confusion over postage charges. On June 4th, I promptly canceled order number [redacted]-[redacted] for three items after realizing one item, the hair serum, might not qualify for free postage on orders over £20. Although I received a cancellation confirmation for this order, it now appears that the Vitamin D product was not canceled and had postage added upon attempted delivery. Following the cancellation of the initial order, I immediately placed a similar order ([redacted]-[redacted]) with all items meeting the free postage criteria. However, I noticed a cancellation request for the Vitamin D product in this new order, which I did not intend to cancel as long as it remains at the price of £11.99 without additional postage. My confusion further escalated when a delivery driver brought a package with two items from the new order but did not include the Vitamin D product. I am uncertain whether the Vitamin D product is still on its way or has been canceled. I bought black dance practice shoes recently. Unfortunately, they are too tight and pinch my toes. The seller is only offering a 10% refund and suggests I give them to a friend or family member, which is not feasible as they are specialized dance shoes. I placed an order on June 2 for the UNYU Military Jacket in 2XL but found it too small. I contacted customer service and was advised to return it. I reordered a 3XL but now realize I have to pay £24.92 for postage to return the first coat. This seems unfair as I have never encountered this issue with Amazon before. I lost weight recently and ordinarily fit into 2XL. Dennis M.

I recently attempted to purchase a garden pump without using Prime. I have previously canceled Prime four times due to not making enough purchases to justify the annual fee. I believed I ordered using a gift card, but before finalizing the purchase, a notice appeared stating my Prime account had been initiated, making me feel trapped. Despite multiple attempts to proceed without Prime, the account was inevitably activated. Worried about potential charges, I left the site to verify no payment was made. Upon returning to my email, I received a Prime welcome message hinting at upcoming charges. I wish to browse Amazon freely without Prime interference and avoid the hassle of constant cancellations. My account is currently blocked due to an issue verifying my payment information. I have provided my bank statement with my name, sort code, and account number; however, Amazon has mentioned they are unable to confirm the billing address and card data. They requested that my bank contacts them directly via fax, which seems unusual as a user. Despite my efforts to communicate this information multiple times through fax, email, and the Amazon site, the problem persists. I find the responses from Amazon's account team to be generic, and I prefer to speak with someone directly rather than through automated emails. I am willing to provide any necessary verification data, including additional photos and details, to resolve this prolonged issue that has been ongoing for over 3 weeks. I recently purchased a family apple tree on Prime, but upon receiving it, I noticed that it was damaged. One of the branches was hanging off, and two apples were loose in the package. Despite the undamaged packaging, the tree itself was not secured properly. After contacting the supplier, You Garden, I was initially asked for the order number and later requested to provide a photograph of the damage. Following some back and forth communication, I was informed that as I had ordered directly from Amazon, they were unable to assist directly. They mentioned sending a replacement tree. I am 80 years old and recently discovered unauthorized charges of £7.99 from my bank account by your company. You have my old email address [redacted] on file, which is no longer valid. Please eliminate all my information from your system and stop any further withdrawals from my account. I have never authorized these transactions, and as a pensioner, it is concerning. Hello, I have returned two items for a refund. I received a refund for one, but it seems you are not aware that I also sent back the second package with the barcode provided in the email. Even though I posted it on June 20th, your website tracking does not show it as received. When I sent it at the post office, there was an issue as the printer seemed to have printed two identical tickets with the same barcode. I would like a refund of £26.99 for the Bestek 200W power converter that I returned. I have photos of both packages with the labels taken by the cashier as a precaution due to the processing issue. Order number [redacted], placed on June 13th, included 2 Cherub WPC 60V violin pickups for express delivery from Seller Jialiq. However, upon delivery, guitar pickups were received instead of the violin pickups that were ordered. A message was sent to the seller on June 14th via Amazon to address the issue, requesting a quick resolution due to the urgent need for the items by June 18th. The seller responded on June 16th, asking for photographic proof of the incorrect items and details of the shipment. After expressing dissatisfaction with this request, an email was sent requesting a return and full refund, including return postage, highlighting the seller's error. Despite receiving dispatch confirmation on June 17th for replacement violin pickups, the seller did not inform about a replacement or its charges. Upon querying, no clarification was provided. Attempts to communicate further regarding the return process led to requests for photo evidence and details of the return. Despite insisting on a full refund, including express postage, and return postage, the seller requested payment for return postage on June 19th, citing high costs to post to China. With ongoing delays in delivery and unhelpful responses from the seller, frustration has escalated. The expectation was for a swift resolution from the seller and clear instructions for returning the wrong items. As of June 24th, no resolution has been reached, and the latest tracking information indicates a delay in delivery to Monday. Communication with the seller has ceased, and a request has been made for a full refund and guidance on handling the incorrect items, setting aside personal reasons for the return. Hello, I made a purchase on Friday (Order #[redacted]-[redacted]) but changed my mind as the delivery wouldn't be on time. I selected the 'change of mind' option with the reason that it would be too late for the job. Despite this, the parcel was shipped and arrived on Monday, June 24th. I am concerned that my package has not arrived. The tracking information indicates it is missing, but the Vendor insists it was delivered, even though I did not receive it or find any delivery attempt notice. Despite my communication, the Vendor has not been helpful. I have sent a follow-up letter and received no response after 48 hours. This is my first negative experience with Amazon after years of use. I am puzzled by how the Vendor can assert delivery when it did not happen. Thank you for any help.
