The issue in GetHuman-jasjunco's own words
Was on Prime ** day free trial ending **th Nov did not renew. Got letter from Amazon *st Dec with a card and saying that I was eligible for another free trial which I could start right now and get instant access to all Prime Benifits I took up the offer and on checking my bank account on the *th Dec noting a debit from Amazon on the *rd Dec for £*.**. I immediately cancelled the free trial and received email to say that I would only be refunded £* which would take * to * working days to be returned to my account despite only taking within ** hrs to debit my account. The small print on the letter T&C states that if you cancel within the ** day period you will incurr no charges. I also note that Amazon have been banned from mailing customers re Prime ** day free trials. This Letter was signed by a Mr Russell Morris Director Amazon Prime Video **Amazon to abide by their T&C
GetHuman-jasjunco did not yet indicate what Amazon.com (UK) should do to make this right.
