Subject: Concern Regarding Account Closure and Funds Held Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am writing to address the ongoing issue with my account. I have been facing difficulties with my account for nearly six weeks now. I was in the process of verifying my account, and there was communication via email and phone with your verification team in Cork, Ireland. However, on Friday, November 2nd, when I tried to log in to upload the HMRC documents requested by your verification department, I discovered that my account appears to have been closed without any prior notice. I have £[redacted] held in my account, which is essential for my small family home-based business. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to various departments through email and phone calls, including [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], I have not received any response or clarification for the closure of my account or the release of my funds. This situation has not only affected my business but has also led to the loss of a staff member's job. I urgently request a resolution to this matter. Please provide me with information on why my account was closed, when I can expect the £[redacted] held in my account, and how we can move forward to resolve this issue promptly. Sincerely, Wayne Beesley BA (Hons)

I have two accounts with you, one for purchases under [redacted] and another for Kindle e-books under [redacted] I'm unsure which account "Apocalypse tomorrow" and "A stain on the Sun" are associated with. "Apocalypse tomorrow" hasn't generated any royalties in over two years, and I'm unhappy with the reading terms for potential readers. I've attempted to modify pricing and reading conditions, but your system is complex. I request you delete "A stain on the Sun" permanently and help me adjust the pricing and reading terms for "Apocalypse tomorrow." I aim to offer this book worldwide for €1 without any unclear conditions. If this request is too difficult, please delete my Kindle account entirely. Please provide assistance. Thank you, Concetto La Malfa.

My name is Edouard F. from One Motion in Motherwell, Glasgow. I began working at One Motion on 18/08/[redacted] and have yet to receive any of my owed salary. This is a violation of my rights, and I urge you to promptly pay what is due to prevent further infringements. During my two-week and three-day stint at Yodel in September [redacted], where I worked for One Motion, I have not been compensated, including my fuel expenses and efforts in lifting heavy items in Edinburgh. Despite submitting three invoices, they remain unpaid, causing considerable distress and financial loss. For instance, on week 42, manager Nicky instructed me to use my own card to purchase fuel at Tesco for work purposes, which was later denied upon invoicing. I am deeply troubled by these issues and demand a thorough review of all outstanding purchase orders. I am raising concerns of potential theft by One Motion Logistics regarding missing 8 days' worth of purchase orders totaling approximately £[redacted]. I respectfully request Amazon to look into this matter before legal action is taken. Sincerely, Edouard F. Mobile: [redacted].

I purchased a £1,[redacted] Huawei laptop from Amazon a couple of weeks ago. I was notified of a 2-day delivery delay, but when the parcel arrived, it was addressed to someone named Simon and contained beer cans instead. Even though my name and address were on the label, Amazon has been unhelpful in resolving the mix-up. After multiple attempts, I was asked to fill out forms and return the incorrect items, but they claim I sent back a different item and now refuse to refund me. I am frustrated by this situation and will escalate my complaint if my refund is not processed promptly. £1,[redacted] is a significant amount of money, and this experience has been quite inconvenient.

The delivery van arrived around 9:00 GMT today. The driver rang the bell, waking up my wife (I didn't hear it). He mentioned that the parcel(s) were not on the van but would return later. However, as of 6:45 PM, nothing has been delivered. Can future deliveries please be scheduled after 10:00 GMT? This would be greatly appreciated as we are both 81 years old. On another note, the orders list shows no [redacted] orders, but I am still expecting 5 items ordered and confirmed on November 20, [redacted], despite delays. Additionally, I encountered issues with my password in the 'Profile' section. Even after changing it, it still keeps stating that it's incorrect. How can I resolve this? Furthermore, my current address on the 'Profile' is outdated, showing the one from 3 ½ years ago. I have since relocated to Bridgwater TA6 5FH, UK, and would appreciate it if you could update this information accordingly.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. I have patiently waited for this delivery yesterday and today, only to find out it is being returned. The item in question is Olaplex, consisting of two 2-liter sturdy plastic bottles. I strongly believe that even if the package is damaged, the bottles themselves should be fine. I kindly request your assistance to ensure I receive these items by tomorrow. The set includes 5x2-liter bottles made of highly durable material, essential for my business. The earliest replacement would be Wednesday, which does not suit my urgent needs. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Ellinor

Yesterday, on November 23rd, I was interested in buying Christmas presents. I came across an Amazon Credit Card promotion offering a £30 discount for first-time users, which reflected in my basket. They mentioned an instant spend if I applied for the card. After filling in my details, I was informed that my application would likely be accepted. However, I received an email later stating that my application was still under process, apologizing for the delay. I am wondering if I will still be eligible for the £30 discount on my order once my application is approved. I appreciate a prompt response.

I am being asked to return an item I never received, with a threat of being charged if I don't return it by Dec 4. The item in question is the Oldie Cartoons. My order was for one Oldie Annual and one Oldie Cartoons, but I received two Oldie Annuals instead. After explaining the issue with the return package, I sent both Oldie Annuals back with a confirmation receipt dated 16.11.[redacted]. I'm struggling to reach out to customer service, spending hours trying to resolve this. Please assist me in sorting this out promptly. My loyalty as a customer of many years has not been met with satisfactory service lately. S.C. London SW13 9BL Contact: [redacted] [redacted]

I applied for the Amazon Platinum Mastercard on Thursday, November 22. I was informed that I would receive an email about my application shortly, but I have not received it yet. I have checked both my inbox and junk folder, but it is not there. I have resubmitted my application twice now, but I still have not received any emails. I am eager to find out if my application has been accepted so that I can take advantage of the Black Friday promotion offering a £30 Amazon gift card with a successful application for the Amazon Platinum Mastercard.

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service provided by your company. It is unacceptable that I cannot reach a representative over the phone from the UK. My account, [redacted], which I have used for years, was recently hacked into. Despite contacting Amazon multiple times, I received a very impolite email on 6/11 informing me that my account was closed, with a suggestion to open a new one. Unhappy with this resolution, I opted not to create a new account and have since chosen to shop on eBay instead, as they prioritize customer service. However, to my surprise, I just received an email from Amazon stating that my password has been successfully changed. I no longer have an Amazon account, so how is this possible? I am demanding a thorough explanation for this situation.

I purchased an All-New Amazon Fire TV Stick With Alexa Voice Remote from Argos on September 3, [redacted], and have been experiencing numerous issues with it. The sound frequently cuts out, the picture settings are flawed, and the device crashes often. Amazon sent a refurbished replacement without consulting me, which was supposedly delivered last Friday, but no delivery note was left, and I don’t know where it is. Amazon told me to contact Argos for a replacement or refund, but Argos stated Amazon is responsible due to the faults. I want to exchange it for the All-New Amazon 4K HDR Fire TV Stick, which seems to have addressed the issues with my current model. I prefer a recorded delivery I can sign for and return the faulty device to Amazon. Despite my attempts, Amazon customer service has not been helpful, and I'm growing frustrated with the lack of resolution.

Hello, My name is Ismaeel Shah, and I recently applied to work as a sortation operative at Amazon. I indicated my availability for morning shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Today, I visited Amazon in Sheffield to complete the necessary paperwork. Although the job description mentioned part-time positions with weekend availability, I was informed by PMP, after a 6-hour wait and filling out forms, that weekend shifts were not an option for me. I was disappointed by this unprofessional and unnecessary interaction. It seemed to contradict Amazon's values and standards. The lack of organization from the PMP recruitment service was disheartening, and I believe Jeff Bezos would have been disappointed as well. I hope Amazon can improve its recruitment procedures to avoid such frustrating experiences for future candidates. Best regards, Ismaeel Shah

I am experiencing health issues and cannot return the tights I ordered. Despite canceling the DPD collection, I am upset that a stranger was scheduled to collect the parcel without my consent. I received no consultation before this arrangement was made, and I find it unacceptable that someone made plans without informing me. I had offered to provide pictures of the damaged product, as I am unable to return it due to my illness. It is frustrating that after the product arrived damaged, actions were taken without my knowledge or permission.

Order #[redacted]-[redacted] was delivered on 28/11/18 but was left by the rubbish bin with the delivery note on the front step instead of through the letterbox. The packaging was wet and fell apart, affecting the book "It Came From the River." The book's pages were wrinkled, stained, and water-damaged. Despite the records stating it was handed to me, I had a note asking for parcels to be left at no. 28 if I'm out. I was only gone for 2 hours out of the 24 that day. I have pictures for proof if needed. I would like a replacement book as it was meant to be an Xmas gift for my son-in-law. I tried to request this online but struggled due to issues with your system. Please confirm if you'll arrange for a prompt replacement. If you need the damaged book back, please provide an address and new packaging as the old one is unusable.

Hello, I recently posted a review about some vitamins I purchased for my child. I provided honest feedback stating they tasted bad. After that review, it seems I am unable to review products anymore. I have been a loyal customer on Amazon for years, and I believe there might be a misunderstanding regarding your policy. Could you please investigate this matter and reinstate my ability to review products on Amazon UK? I am concerned if this means I am restricted from reviewing any items I buy. Can you clarify which part of your policy I am allegedly in violation of? If this is not resolved, I may need to escalate the issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On October 1st, while using my daughter's laptop in Blackpool (my home address being in Trowbridge, Wilts), I noticed three emails from Amazon on my Gmail inbox. The emails confirmed an order of a Samsung Galaxy S8 phone, its delivery, and a change to my Amazon account. The perpetrator changed my Gmail address from [redacted] to [redacted], rendering me unable to access my Amazon account. When I realized this unauthorized purchase, I contacted Amazon, who assured me the delivery would be stopped and I would not incur any costs. Unfortunately, by the time I returned home, the phone had already been delivered. Despite numerous attempts to contact Amazon's support for a return label and a refund, no progress has been made. I find myself charged £[redacted] for an item I never purchased with no means of redress. I lack an incident ticket number and struggle to connect with a helpful individual from Amazon to assist me in resolving this matter.

I recently purchased a new Kindle Paperwhite [redacted] and registered it. I also downloaded the Kindle app, which offered me a 7-day Kindle Unlimited preview with access to a vast library of books and audio books. While the offer includes a 30-day free trial afterward, I am only interested in the initial 7-day trial and do not wish to subscribe. However, when I attempted to access a free Audible audiobook, it only seems to prompt the 30-day trial subscription. I would appreciate guidance on how to access the 7-day offer without subscribing on my Kindle. Time is of the essence as I am on the second day of the trial. Thank you.

Hello, I placed an order for a blue teddy bear almost 2 weeks ago. However, it has not arrived yet. I made an error with the address initially, but when I corrected it, I was informed it was from a different seller than Amazon. The package is still missing. My order number is [redacted] and it was addressed to Nicole Williams at [redacted] West Gary Avenue #[redacted], San Diego, Las Vegas, [redacted]. I was told the parcel would arrive in 2 days, but it hasn't. I deleted the email with the details and have been trying to reach out via email for almost a week, but I keep getting an error message about the password, even though it's correct. Then, there was a verification code sent, but after entering it, I was told it was incorrect. I am frustrated with the poor service and would appreciate it if this could be resolved promptly. Thank you. - Mr. Chris Hill

Subject: Re: Your Amazon.co.uk Enquiry Hi, I encountered an issue regarding a recent order I placed with Amazon on Sunday, 25 November [redacted]. Dear Sirs, I received two Instant Pot Duo 7-in-1 Electric Pressure Cookers from Amazon on Tuesday, November 27, [redacted]. Unfortunately, one of the pots had a water leakage issue during the water test, with steam and droplets escaping from the valve, causing excessive noise. Even after retesting with the other pot's valve, the same problem persisted during operation. I am requesting a replacement due to this issue, but the shipping costs are prohibitive. UPS, which delivered the pots, is quoting me [redacted].85 Euros for return shipping, which is more than the value of the pot itself. I kindly ask for confirmation that I will be reimbursed for these shipping expenses along with the original receipt costs. Regards, D.P.
