ORDER * ***-*******-********didnt arrive. Discussed package with another 'amazon' driver who dropped a package for the house over the road inside my door at around **** I advised' 'thats not mine'*** is over the road. He advised 'there was another van with big boxes on maybe tonight'*I have been in all day and close to the door since then. No delivery card**I dont mind stuff being delayed, but changing responsibility to the customer 'for not being in attendance' in order to keep middle management objectives thus bonuses intact corrupts basic operational management. If delivery was attempted and failed time and date please. It didnt happen though. **Im now aware I should 'wait a week and see what happens'?!
GetHuman-philpho did not yet indicate what Amazon.com (UK) should do to make this right.
